I make this with different things and is so easy. It is a go to for me on some days. You can use shrimp, chicken, beef
Combine rice wine, brewed organic soy sauce and cornstarch in a small bowl. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Spread steak out in the pan and cook until seared on one side, about 1 minute. Add garlic, jalapeno and ginger and cook, stirring, until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add veggies of choice, pea pods, broccoli, carrots, you name it - bean sprouts, etc (the pan will be very full). Pour the rice wine mixture into the pan and stir gently until the sauce thickens and the veggies are soft.
i toss on a bed of brown rice.
I use different seasons. I use a lot of garlic and that in my cooking. Sometimes I just take chicken broth - low sodium, seasons like pepper, garlic, etc. and cook my chicken in it. I cut the chicken into bite size pieces and trim the fat off. This cooks up really quick. The veggies take the longest.
Lasagna Roll-Ups - Easy Lasagna noodles - cook till al dente - do not over cook. Marinara sauce - you can use jar if you like forzen spinach that has been thawed and drained (make sure to squeeze the water out) cottage cheese shredded mozzerella garlic powder egg
cook the noodles and drain. in a bowl mix in 16 oz cottage cheese, cup shredded mozerella (use however much you want) egg - crack into bowl 1 thawed and bag/box of the frozen spinach - mix the cottage cheese, egg, garlic powder and spinach all together.
Now lay out the noodle, spoon on the mixture, and roll it all up. place in a glass baking dish. Repeat with however many you want to make. Then dump sauce on top, sprinkle some more of the mozzerella and bake on like 350 for about 20-30 min. Eyeball it to make sure it is not burning.
