Does anyone have any suggestions?

I found photoscape online but I'm terrified to load anything onto my computer.

Anyone know of one that is safe?

some of my photo friends rave about picnik.  It looks like their site is migrating over to google +, but it is still working until April.

What about Picaso? Can you do fun stuff on this one. I mainly want to do stuff like sepia my color pics.

I use PS Elements to edit my photos.  I believe there is a free versuin.  then i use Picasa to organise web albums.

My brother uses Picasa for photo editing too, and he loves it.  But I am used to adobe Photoshop, so I personally prefer PSE to edit mine.

 I have Picasa on my computer,  I think I got it after you said this about your brother Megan, but I haven't used it in so long I don't even remember all the features

I do know you can do sepia and stuff like that on it.

I use Picnik, but it's closing in April. I hope their new program is just as good.

All my friends edit their photos with Picasa. I am satisfied with this program, recommend
