This is one of the best articles i have read in a while. Perhaps it is because many points are what my trainer had me do to kick 20 pounds of post Cate weight. (ideally would like to drop 5 more by springtime)
By taking the pov of a lifestyle change, i was able to enjoy the holiday season and not gain any weight ( which shocked me as my trainer spent the entire month of dec in brazil, i was certain i would gain without him)
Asides from exercise, most of his points are in this article. Plus eat dark green veggies ( they have most protein- protein is key!!!), eat carbs for breakfast and veggies for dinner.
I hope some of you are inspired...

great article, megan. i mostly do all of this, but juice. however, I have let my portions grow since the holiday season and i am not snacking enough. i need to get back into the eating a small something every two hours or so. that helps so much. oh, i do not juice either.
Maintaining a healthy diet is very important when undergoing long term treatment for any serious disease. My father is recovering from liver cirrhosis and is currently being treated by the private health care services. They have also specially prepared a diet plan for my dad to help him recover faster and better.
