My hip pain mysteriously went away this afternoon to be replaced by a belly pain. I can almost feel my belly growing today.

 Not sure about good but yes interesting.  I've been getting a weird sensation in my hips too, not hurting just kinda feeling like my legs are going to fall out of my hip sockets.  I remember I got it wih the other two too so not concerned.

And I feel you on the feeling like your belly is strecthing out, I told dh yesterday that it feels like I have been eating a full Christmas dinner all the time, like I need to let my belt out.
