Ya know- I no longer make them. I feel like I am always in constant change, so I do not per say set them at NY.

My biggest goal this year is to tackle photos. Get some printed, framed. Make some albums. Burn them all and put in safe, etc. I have done nothing with them for years now and it feels daunting.

Melissa, I have the same problem. Last year I uploaded pics of Ethan and ordered a photo book from newborn to his first birthday. But it's just too time consuming!

I don't do resolutions per se but I need to stop eating all the holiday junk in the house.

I also really want to start saving more money, pay off Dustin's car, save for one for me, but that's not really a resolution as much as we need to start doing that now that the holidays are over.

mine arent really ny resolutions either per say. THey are things I really want to do and it happens to be the new year so ill make them it. I like making lists so perhaps thats why I like ny resolutions i like to write it down. They never are usually accomplished though

ITA-I have a list of things to accomplish this year. Not that they are necessarily resolutions, but they are things we want to do.

-join WW and get to the gym so I can take some of this weight off-I am miserable with my body right now
-get the budget set and put some things in place to make saving easier for us-basically, I want us to figure out how much we are putting towards what every month, then go to the bank twice a month (there are transfer limits online) to move that money to the appropriate accounts as soon as his paycheck clears. I think taking it off the top is the only way we will be successful with the savings.
-get this house to a point of being reasonable and stop bringing more junk into it
-get the kids on more healthy eating habits

Like all of you, I don't really call them resolutions.  I'm still working on the same things we've been working on :)

-pay off the last of our cc debt (woo-hoo)

-consolidate Travis's evil school loans to hopefully reduce the payment

-leave my job a job well done, without burning bridges.

That is all really.  Lose weight?  of course.  Eat better?  Absolutely.  But I'll start with those three :)

i've become sort of a hardcore photobook-maker.  let me know if you need help.  i do one for my girls every 2-3 years.  i'm coming up on cara's 5th yr now - so i need to get organized. i can say that they get quicker every time.  for christmas, i secretly scanned ALL my parents' old photos (we're talking from the 40s on) and made them books with blurb - it was a FANTASTIC present and they came out beautiful - i'm so glad they are all digital now.  no longer do i have the fear that that trunk is going to burn and we will not have the pics, ya know?

mine are:

eat less sweets (never happens)

cook more (never happens)

become a more adventurous cook (see above)

try zumba (tuesday)

work out more (i'm usually good through the winter and lose steam in the spring)

keep up with the kids' allowances (make them clean instead of me doing all of it)

make sure they're eating healthier

more consistent consequences for their actions (ie, have better behaved kids by 2013)

do my work farther ahead instead of the night before.

there are SO many others - a lot of household resolutions - cant even list them.
