I love, love, love Line Runner. It's totally simple and mind-numbing but I lol every time the stick man "dies".
I also like Cut the Rope. I saw it on my nephew's iphone and thought, "That sounds so stupid." Then I tried it. And I played it and played it and played it. Super fun.
I don't know of any photo editing ones besides a silly one that my kids use to distort pictures.
And Doodle Jewels is fun.
Matching Zoo is a super simple matching game that the kids and I both like to play. I'm sadly not very good at it.
I also like myfitnesspal for recording food choices. It even has a bar code scanner to scan food labels...
I listen to Pandora every day at work on my ipod plugged into some speakers.
damn you auto correct and Texts from last night for mindless funny stuff while waiting in lines etc.
intro to geocaching or geocaching for "treasurehunting" with the kids on occasion.
games: doodlejump, Cooking mama (Kiera LOVES that one), Grammaropolis Word Sort (shameless plug for my good friend who created Grammaropolis. It is like meet the letters, only Grammar! words, etc.)
My new fave is "Early Bird". I think it's way cuter than Angry Birds.
I downloaded that last week but haven't played it yet. Guess I should check it out. Lucas loves "talking larry" it is this bird that will copy what you say and it makes him laugh so hard
Corey - yeah I think this thread needs resurrected!
what I use currently:
gas buddy - tells you gas prices near you.
key ring - you scan all those store rewards cards in so that you don't have to carry them. I've also scanned my library card in.
amazon - you scan the barcodes on items and it tells you the price on amazon.com and you can read reviews, etc.
if you ever let your kids play games Kate LOVES the alphabet - it is an item per letter and they can change the color, etc. loves. she also likes Super Why and Tangled apps.
you can get a nook app and read books. Don't use this much anymore but really liked it when I used it.
walgreens has an app to refill meds - I've not used it yet but it's on my phone.
there is an app called "apps gone free" - I haven't looked at it in awhile but it gives you a list daily of apps that no longer cost.
John and I use blip me talkie. we can record messages and send them to each other. Its really fun. when he was away he would record a good morning message to the kids and it would be on the phone when we woke up.
I'm excited for others to update and see whats new!!

so..
these cards are in your phone, and the cashier scans your phone or what?
Lucas also loves all the free Lego apps. I also use my kindle app all the time. When I can't sleep I read books on my phone without disturbing my hubby. I use fandango a lot to get movie info (but not to buy tickets)
