I just got the results back from my doctor's office. My HCG went from 57 on Wednesday to 194 today! I can't believe it. This I literally the first time I have ever gotten good news from a doctor since starting to try to conceive.

Thanks guys! They will test me again on Monday, so I hope it will continue to rise properly. I don't think I get to do anything normal procedure until I'm out of the first trimester. I think I'll be in there one or more times per week until I finish 12 weeks

Thanks, Supa.  It is exhausting, but it is much less stressful for me knowing that I am being monitored closely than before when I never knew what was going on.  If everything goes well then I will have weekly ultrasounds starting around 6 weeks until 12 weeks.  It will be such a relief to be able to make sure everything is OK each week.

Late to see this, but hooray!!! Looks like things are going great. You will get used to the shots quickly- I did it so many times with ivf, it becomes routine. Congratulations! Can't wait to hear your beta on Monday!

Thanks, Megan! I already feel like the shots are getting easier, so I believe you that I will get used to it. The first one I was anxious for hours before I even gave it to myself. Now I'm not anxious until I'm ready to stick it in, so I'm assuming later I won't even be nervous (or at least hoping!).
