Hey girls. I know your prayers are strong and a friend of mine could really use them. Her due date was in about two weeks. She just had an emergency c-section for a placental abruption and her little man is not doing well. She posted initially that he was struggling to breathe and just posted an update that he has been put on a ventilator and is not doing well. I feel SO bad for her and her family. They have been through so much.
This is her fourth baby - all boys! She has been through a lot in her life - both of her parent's deaths and her sister just recently died this year. She is a wonderful person and somehow finds the positive in a life that has had a lot of heartbreak. Please keep them in your prayers.
General stats were better yesterday. Still on ventilator. Hoping to hold him today. He was just under 5 pounds and the only reason he is alive is because she was already at the hospital when the placenta tore completely off. :( I feel so bad for her. I just remembered she had a miscarriage right before her pregnancy with him. It's been a rough year for her. (A rough life actually.)
