Scentsy Party...

Hola, chickies.

I am pretty much begging for people to shop at my Scentsy party. (Make sure it says "Leah's Party" on the corner of the main page.)

Scentsy scents are incredible - I am borderline obsessive with them, and believe me - I've tried *everything*... Their warmers are electric (so not as  much of a hazard with the kids/pets) and I could just go on and on about them for days.

I desperately want a new warmer (which my cat broke my other one, which was not a Scentsy brand, but thankfully was not ) for my birthday, so by buying something for yourself you'll be helping me get something, too.

Ifer will be selling too, and I know she's going to do an incredible job... so for anyone looking for something new, I'd totally suggest getting addicted through my party, so that when Ifer starts, she'll have a nice huge customer base of all of us.

I promise, once you try them, you'll never want to go back. I probably have $100 in Yankee Candles tarts and well over 50 different YC and Bath and Body Works fragrance oils that are going completely abandoned due to my Scentsy obsession.

yes, scrape money together for this party and for when I start selling biggrin

I've only been using it since December, so I've only bought for scents..hazelnut latte, pumpkin roll, vanilla cream and sticky cinnamon bun (i'm burning that one now)

I really like the pumpkin roll and the hazelnut latte the best out of those 4

I can't wait to try the other ones!

Also, can you put other tarts in these warmers or only the scentsy ones?

 i have no idea

but i do know that the scentsy ones are the best smelling and the longest lasting of any i've ever tried

plus you can pour them back into their original package and re-use them..I do that all the time, I change scents every few days, lol

As far as I know (but I'll verify) you can put other tarts in their warmers. I definitely use their tarts in other warmers, so I assume it works both ways.

For anyone else interested, my current favorite is the Honey Pear Cider. It's a great scent for fall (which is when I bought it) but it's light and homey and really fabulous now going into mid-winter, and I'll be using it in the spring months too. It smells like home, lol. And like Jen, I like the Pumpkin Roll.

Really, I love them all - the only one I haven't liked was some kind that had Praline in the name - it was *really* heavy for me. Also Gingersnap is a great blender - it mixes well with lots of others to make it a little different.

(And thanks, Ifer!)

Hey Diane, I just went out to my van and thought of something you may want to do!

If you don't have the money for a warmer right now, but still want to buy from Leah, they make those travel tins that you can put in your vehicle!  I smelled mine, that's why I thought of it, lol

I wish we could smell these through the computer, it's so tough to decide.

Leah - I'm going to order a couple of the travel tins to try the scents. Any thoughts on Clean Breeze or Cucumber Lime?

Jolynn, that's awesome.

The cucumber lime is very limey. Think margaritas. The cucumber just tons it down a little without adding a lot of scent (typical of any scent mixed with vanilla, where the vanilla just tons it down.) I've heard that the car version is overwhelming, but that anything else is nice (if you like lime, of course.) I'm going to ask around and see if anyone that I know irl knows about the travel tins in that scent, because that's the only thing bad I've heard about that fragrance.

thanks, Leah

I think I'll give something else a try. Maybe the home sweet home. I wish the honey pear one you like was available in a tin.

I really think you'd like that clean breeze Jolynn...it's a very light scent, not overwhelming at all

Kenneth got the Ocean one..I didn't like it, but he said it wasn't strong in his truck

My friend has the Toasted Caramel Sugar, and she really likes it.
