Best sites with travel packages?

Researching for our potential San Diego trip. What are the best sites to get quotes for airline/hotel/park packages?

Thanks.

Right now I'm thinking I'd like to fly there on a Sunday and fly back home on Thursday. I'd prefer to fly out of Memphis. The other "closest" airports are all at least 3 hours driving distance from here.

We want to do the San Diego Zoo, SeaWorld, and the San Diego Wild Animal Park (or whatever it's called).

I won't be renting a car; I'll need a hotel close to these places and/or with a shuttle.

I don't exactly have a budget yet; that's why I was trying to find packages to see how much I'll need.

I'm thinking around $2,000.

I don't have anywhere near that much but I'm working on it.

Robin,

I would not book it as a package, from what you are trying to do, I think you would get a better deal by booking things separately.  You can go to kayak.com or expedia and see what the cheapest way is to get to San Diego but don't book from kayak.  Once you find out what airlines are the cheapest, go directly to the airline's website and buy the tickets from there. You can then search for hotels near the places that you want to go to through hotels.com or similar websites.  If you are a AAA member or have other discount privileges, you can call hotels directly and ask them what the discounted rates would be. Sometimes booking directly with the hotel is cheaper, sometimes websites have better deals.  Once you find a hotel within your price range, you can call them and ask about shuttle to the parks, etc. Good luck, perhaps Alison who lives in SD will have more tips for you.  I have been to all the places that you are planning to go to and I am sure kids will have a blast! San Diego is a great place to visit!

Robin, I just checked the Sea World website and I found the Best of San Diego package which includes unlimited admission for 5 consecutive days to San Diego Zoo, Wild Animal Park and Sea World.  I think that's all the places you mentioned. I would compare the package price to how much it would cost you if you purchased all the park tickets individually and go from there.  You can also add the hotel to this deal. Here is the link:
