I started back on MF yesterday. Day 2 and 3 is the hardest for me. I keep telling myself how good I will feel by the weekend, but it really sucks today. Ugh!
I'm going to do it though. I really want to get to goal this time and do the transition/maintenance part of the program.
Starting to feel better today now that I'm day 4. Hopefully the detox is about done.
How's everyone else hanging in there?
I feel so healthy now. It always amazes me that I can't remember this healthy feeling and revert to my sucky eating habits that make me feel like crap. Goes to show that your mind is definitely in control of your body.
Day 3 was really tough for me this round. I'm on day 6 and feeling groovy. I had a little incident last night I owned it and have moved on. It will not matter is my mantra on it. I had blueberry oatmeal for breakfast. I have had a lot of energy so i'm cleaning house. I want to do some scrapbooking to help keep me focused.
