I'm going to continue to work at changing my diet. Eat more fruits and veges and less junk. I've found I don't crave as much junk if I eat more fuits and veges, but the healthy stuff is so expensive I cringe every time I buy it. But if I don't have those things around to snack on, I go for the junk.

Amber, I lost 25lbs and came off before thanksgiving. I have done great, but the last 5 days I have been eatin and drinking like crazy. I scared to get on the scale. I was up maybe a few lbs the other day, but not too bad. I plan to go back on mf for a few weeks and then be done. I am exercising and eat well, so I want to do it short term to jump start me and then after a few weeks I will just to to eating smart.

I want to shed about 10-15 more and then I will be perfect for me. I feel good right now weight wise, but I am on the high end of a normal bmi.

25 pounds is amazing! I was at 24.7 lost I think at my lowest? I've piled a few back on. I stopped mf I think in September? I did really well for a couple months but the holidays were a free for all. I think I have enough food for easily 6-8 weeks and I will again use it as a jump start and then really focus on watching what I eat and keeping my exercising going and I don't think it will be a problem for me to maintain at all. I honestly feel like it's a great jump start program, and that's how I look at using it. I love how the weight comes off.

Should we do a weekly weigh in? Is Saturday the best day to post?

This weight isn't budging. I can hardly look at pics from Christmas without wanting to build myself a cave to hide in.

My goal is to be at an acceptable weight by the Boston trip. I don't think I can lose it all by then, but I'm hoping to have made a big ol' dent!

Hey Di is medifast an option for you at all? I think if you tried even 1 month it could really be an awesome starting point for you and help your motivation. I was in awe of my one month stats on mf and those results carried me through the next 6 weeks.

Reckless is a very nice word. LOL! I was extremely reckless.

I'm in. What's new, LOL.

As always I want to lose 20 pounds. Would like to be in good shape by summer. I am not going to make crazy goals though. So, in terms of exercising it's going to be the dance central game on Kinect. So much fun and definitely a good work out.

I would like to lose 20 pounds by the end of May. That's 4 pounds a month, so 1 pound a week which is definitely do able. We will see though.

Back on MF tomorrow!!!!!!!! Going to try to channel my motivation from last year and go until mid-March. I've got lots of house projects lined up to keep my mind off of eating.

:)

Count me in! I'm so sick and tired of not fitting into my clothes. I wear mostly sweats and tshirts and dread having to "dress up" when we leave the house. I've kept 10 lbs from each baby and then added another 6 lbs on my own since Kate was born. I'd love to lose 30lbs (longterm goal), but will focus on 5 lbs at a time.

More than anything, though, I really want to focus on being more active and eating healthier. I'm going to pick up running and find a marathon to train for. I'll be 35 this year, I'm going to make the best of it with a healthier, happier me!

You can do it! It's definitely been tough to work up to restarting at least for me. I'm finishing up day two really strong and feeling pretty good!

Kristi how was day one? I am actually finding this time around much easier the first few days. Today was a bit tougher because I was tired and craving junk but I got through and I feel good. I'm irritated that my order isn't here yet :( This winter storm just messed everything up. It was out for delivery today but is back at the warehouse. Boo!

Amber - day one was fine. Day 2 is always harder for me though. I'm about to go to bed at 9:30. It makes it so much easier when I go to bed early so I won't be hungry and night eat. I'm excited to catch up on my sleep over the next few months. I need it.

Do you know if they're still doing tues weigh-ins? I hope your food gets here soon.

I wish.  Definitely not something we could afford right now.  Maybe in the spring if what I'm doing now doesn't work.  Seeing all the losses from you girls is so motivating!!!

Glad day one was good! Going to bed really helps me too. I'm already feeling the not so hungry feelings which I love. Who are you talking about with Tuesday weigh ins?

I totally understand. It's pretty expensive for me. Ebay often has decent deals and sometimes Craigslist, i'm just building on my supply from round 1. I got two pretty good deals on Craigslist which helped me.

I started back on MF yesterday. Day 2 and 3 is the hardest for me. I keep telling myself how good I will feel by the weekend, but it really sucks today. Ugh!

I'm going to do it though. I really want to get to goal this time and do the transition/maintenance part of the program.
