You might check the dollar store and also in the section of the store where they sell gift card holders.  I have seen the little tins for gift cards sold in 2 packs.  Altoids are easy to find at the register, but don't really know how much they are.

These are super cute! I am going to try to put something together for Madi's teacher.
Did you ladies happen to see the horrible comments people left about the first link - about what cheap gifts these are. So mean!!!!
