Technically I need to go into the school office and pay for Joe's parents gifts (Massage gc) but I'm waiting until the last minute to do it, but that's easy peasy.
It would be easier for me to say what I haven't gotten than what I have, for Hannah. I love, love, love seeing her face on Christmas morning.
I haven't really started yet apart from the odds and ends that I've picked up through the year. I think I'm going to leave it to the last week or so this year for the kids, simply because if I shop too early for them I end up spotting something else I think they would prefer. Or usually Nader will suddenly get in the Christmas spirit the week before Christmas and go out and get them something extravagant, and then it feels like we are getting them two seperate gifts from each of us, mine being the more sensible one and I don't like that feeling.
I do however have teacher gifts all lined up and almost done.
I feel like I'm mostly done but I'm sure if I really stopped to think about it, I have quite a bit more to go.
Santa told me he has already finished with Mark, and he's done with stocking stuffers for both boys (except candy). He's having a time deciding and/or finding something "big"-ish for Henry. He's leaning toward an ipod (hopefully an older, larger version) if his elves can build one for a low enough cost. The elves are also checking ebay pretty regularly.
Stuff that I've gotten for the boys:
Henry - Bop It! game, Scrabble cube game, science experiment books, many chapter books, Mad Libs books, ETA Super Mario Brothers for the Wii and a football game for the Wii
Mark - several costumes, Kung Zhu hamster battle arena, Spiderman Memory game
I have gotten one small thing for my mom and one for my dad. I usually make him a calendar with the boys' pictures; I should do that. And I always give my mom pictures of her 3 grandsons together.
We draw names for the adults in Glen's family on Thanksgiving so I won't know until then what I need to buy.
I'm done for my nephew. I got him a Mario t-shirt, 2 rubber Mario toy figures, and a Mario lovey. (He LOVES Mario.)
I haven't bought for my other nephew. He's 10. I'll probably get him a Bop It! game if he doesn't have one.

We are pretty much done I think, except I need to buy: toothpaste for stockings, Itouch for Travis, Slippers for boys IF I can find them on sale, sock and underwear- because I'm THAT mom that gives socks and underwear for Christma. Big sale temptations if I find them: anything wooden Thomas (butI'm talking HUGE sale), Imaginext figures to go with their play sets, Cars (movie) cars. I also am thinking about a photobook for grampy. I also need to buy 2 inexpensive toys for a work gift exchange. And all things holiday-food.
What we did get:
Koda is getting the from Santa: Imaginext Ocean Boat, Hiro Thomas Engine, Bash Thomas Engine, a generic Thomas train station.
Koda is getting from mom and dad: tons of book (tons!), Connect 4, dress up costumes, Melissa and doug Solar System floor puzzle, Matchbox car set.
Tristen from Santa: Imaginext Batcave, Diesel 10 Thomas Engine, Dash Thomas Engine, a generic Thomas train repair station. Santa also took our old Leapster for repair a month ago and is bringing a new one in its place. Thanks Santa.
From Kristi :) Tristen is getting James Thomas Engine :)
Tristen is getting from mom and dad: tons of books (again, tons!), Lucky Duck game, Super Why doll, Dress up costumes, Leapster Games (no idea what. I bought them last year on crazy sale and they've been in in my closet ever since!)
In there stocking: Toy Stories 1-3, Matchbox cars, craft supplies
From the rest of the family the boys are getting: Alphie, toy story stuff (no idea what, I was just told "stuff", rugs with roads on them (which we do not need, but my mom was so excited about them we couldn't say no.), and no idea what else.
Adults for the most part do not do gifts in our family. We have a little something for my mom, and thinking of a photobook since my dad doesn't see the kids often at all.
and, this got long. But productive, because it makes me feel really done for the boys and a little less overboard. Must-stay-off-slickdeals.
Santa toys are done. Gavin is getting the Trio Batcave with the Joker Bot and the Batman Trio thing. Owen is getting the Imaginex Batcave.
My mom bought the boys Kinect for the 360 and my sister bought them each a game. My mom also got them pillow pets and a train table. This is why I've decided not to buy them much because my mom does so much for them for christmas. So, the train table will be all put together with their santa gifts set up on them. Oh yeah, she also got them a Trio set with all the blocks - not a specific one.
My sister got them toy story snuggies, pajamas and the games I mentioned.
They have various stocking stuffers from the target sale a while back. Gavin also has a little toy laptop from that so I have to find something comparable for Owen.
I want to get them beanbags from Doug and I. We are also having them save their allowance until Christmas and they are using their money to buy the other one a gift. I think they will do a transformer of some sort. Surprise, surprise, right?
I am making serious progress! Don't know that i've ever had so much bought by this time before.
Hannah- Zoobles galore, her new obsession and I went a little overboard I think, between me and my mom and my bf I think we got every play set. LPS numerous Barbie Sea World trainer set Barbie A Fashion Fairytale move Barbie Groom and Glam Pups for DS Carter's cupcake fleece jammies
silly bands for her stocking, LPS, MLP, and some other fun ones, I may stick the DS game in her stocking, and I have some treats for it.
big santa gift is a bike and I have not picked that up yet because i'll need to hide it.
*still need to pick her up a panda pillow pet
Bryson- awesome train table that we picked up at Costco is his big santa gift 15 piece Chuck truck set, he LOVES Chuck and Friends Chuck garbage truck that stores Chuck trucks Byron Thomas take along engine small Cars monster ambulance books His very own zhu zhu, he loves sissy's. Kung zhu for him. Car's bath set with water squirting poofs and body wash
Thomas squirters for the tub for his stocking, Cat talkin' truck cell phone, Thomas pez, some other treats
*I think i'll get him the Chuck trains fleet set and maybe some play doh and color wonder and a doggie pillow pet and then I think he is done.
Almost everything I have bought has been on really good sale, i've been really impressed!
Kent and I are doing a together gift for each other, a new flat screen tv for our bedroom so that takes the stress out of shopping for him! We will buy that with our work bonus checks. I will do stocking stuffers, maybe a PS3 game and who knows what else. Gum and treats.
My inlaws have already gotten them power wheels that they found on Craigslist for an excellent price. Barely used with brand new batteries they are going to go crazy! I know Kent's mom also picked B up a huge fire truck. Bryson is beyond obsessed with anything with wheels.
I still need to pick up gift cards for my brothers and my stepdad and shop for Kent's parents. I'll buy a couple giftcards a week into December so it's not a stress on the budget. I really like this planning in advance and buying on sale thing!

I got the Trio Batcave for 50% off! So excited. Didn't even see the target toy book until this weekend and it expires wednesday so I was glad I caught that deal. Of course the 3 targets in the area didn't have any in stock but Walmart price matched is super easy so that was awesome!

Still need to buy for the rest of my family, a couple of friends and their kids.
I just scored a flip belgian waffle maker for around 8 bucks! It was originally 60 bucks marked down to 20 at JCP.com and then there was a 10 dollar off, free ship to store and a 10 dollar MIR. So excited - every time we've stayed at a hotel Doug comments on those things and wants one but I'd never pay 60 bucks. I love getting good deals!
