Anybody here have this before?  What are the treatments for it during pregnancy?  I didnt have this with the first two kids and I've always had lower back issues (I already have a messed up tailbone as it is) but this time around its my right butt cheek from the top of my hips to halfway before my knees.  SO MUCH PAIN.  I make James give me a butt massage every night, LOL, that's how desperate I am.  I have a nurse appt tmw for a blood draw and will be seeing if they can squeeze me in to see the dr we'll see about that but wanted to get any relief advices from any of you who have experienced it.  This really sucks, really.  Im only 17 weeks if it's this bad now I can't imagine how bad it would get as all the weight comes on from the baby.

Thank you!!

Not sure if I can explain the exercise correctly. anyway, lay down in a doorway. Put the leg that doesn't hurt straight out in front of you (through the door). Put the other leg up and rest your foot on the wall. Scoot your butt as close to the wall as you can, your hurt leg will be up on the wall. Just stretch it (without hurting yourself) as much as you can. That helped my sciatic pain SO much.

where would the unhurt leg be?   doorway would be "open" not closed? oh wait... you mean the door frame one leg would be on it and the other out straight forward?  Like as if i have someone stand in front of me and lift my leg that is in pain up and other one down?

I think so. Door is open. Good leg straight through the door opening. The other one straight up scooting your bum towards the door frame.

My dr referred me to Physical and Massage therapy so I'm going to do that.  It has been mild the last few days but it comes back bad some days.  So Im sure therapy will help alot as well.
