Hi V!! Glad to hear you are doing so well now. You deserve to be happy and enjoying your life. Are you still dating the guy you met in Vegas a while back? I remember you mentioning something like that. Good to hear from you! : )

I had a baby girl back in March, Avery was born 3-2-10. She is a gem. Aubrey started kindergarten and LOVES it. Austin is in speech to help him catch up from being talked over by his sister for such a long time. LOL And my DH is working as a technician at Lexus now. Life is good.

Hey V!

It was so nice to see a post from you and I am so glad to hear that you are happy! It must have been a hard time to go through but now you're hopefully remembering how it feels to enjoy life!

I had a baby girl, Abigail Grace, in February. I was blessed with another colicky baby but wow, once the colic lifted, I was also blessed with the cutest happiest baby. Meghan is loving K and starting to make friends in the neighborhood as well.

Make sure to keep us updated! I love hearing from you!

Wow! There is so much of everyone's day to day that I've missed by being absent!

V, glad to read that your life is going good! Every one deserves happiness!!

I think you know I had Adelaide in July 2009.

Grant was laid off last year but just accepted a job offer. He didn't like being a SAHD. He said it was too much. HAHAHAHA

That lay off was the biggest test to us.

I'm in school working on an A.A. then on to a Bachelor's. And then on to seminary for a Masters in Divinity. That is my goal for the next 8 years.

Colin is in K and LOVES it. He's doing so good. His teachers love him. He is a ladies man. He is so smart and funny and sweet!
Adelaide just learned to walk 3 weeks ago. She's so cute and happy and everything I ever wanted and more in a girl! She's my mini-Diva. She is 15 months old now. And naturally baby fever has set in with all these new preggos cropping up around me but alas, Grant has set his foot down. So...

Otherwise- life in this end of NC is grand!

Happy to see you checking in V! We are coming up on 6 years of this group, since we all got preggo about this time in 2004. crazy huh?

We are doing well. Rhys is also a late talker, he is almost 2 1/2 and is just starting to really verbalize, and is moving on to really communicating. His favorite word right now is damnit. :bag. But, Im loving this stage. Kiera is freaking smart and already getting a 'tude. I work too much, then had some work stuff that sucked so now Im not working as hard and hoping to "broaden my horizons" somewhere else. (wait, thats probably not new, its "still") We are planning a disney trip/cruise to Fla. in January and are pretty excited.

I agree. Boston 2011 or bust.

Hey, V

I have always wondered how things were going in your life. I do not have you on FB anymore since I never saw you post and just the MW stuff. I need to see pics of those beautiful kiddos.

Glad that you are happy and life is all falling into place. Amazing what happiness can do for a person.

Glad to hear everyone is well.

I have no new or major things going on in my life. Mia will be 2 in Nov. She is fun and crazy. She is talking now a lot, but many words are pretty interesting. Band Aids are ban bans, etc.

I hope you keep in touch.

Hello V,

It's good to hear from you and it's good to hear that you are happy.

We are still in NC and DH is still in the Philippines. We are trying to make it work and we seem to be doing ok.  We have plans to spend Christmas together and I am looking forward to it.

I got my MA degree in May and briefly worked in DC area but did not like my job so moved back to NC.  Nothing else is really new. I hope you stick around, I don't think I have seen the photos of your beautiful kids so I will go and look now.

I am so glad you are happy heart.gif

We have chatted on facebook but not nearly enough. I miss you like whoa :)

ETA - I have been meaning to message you because if I remember correctly you were anemic when preggo with Easton. I was just dx'd after having to see a cardiologist because I have pretty much all the symptoms that most people don't get. So I'm wondering how severe your anemia was and what symptoms you had and what if any other issues you had.

Hi V!!!  It is so good to see you around.  I have missed your posts and wondered what you have been up to.  I am super glad that you are happy.  You definitely deserve it.

We just relocated from Amsterdam to Chicago.  It is going fine.  Mason started Kindergarten here and is adjusting pretty well.  That's about it :)

i was hella iron deficient - my levels were in the 7's ... true story.
i don't remember my symptoms. but had to take tons of iron w/ orange juice.
good news is i got it to 9 a couple weeks before easton was born and then super concentrated on making sure i took them 3 times a day and they were up to 12 on delivery date.

Well that makes me feel better, I remember how bad you struggled. I am exhausted and weak and my heart is beating wonky. Dizzy to the point of almost passing out and I'm not as low as you were (I don't think, they didn't give me that number they gave me the other number, the %age.) All I know for sure is that it is dropped 13% since I was 8 weeks and they are saying it is the cause for all my issues. I'm just on an extra pill right now and I will know more when I go in for my appt. Tuesday. I'll hit you up on Facebook if I need anymore info. Thank you heart.gif
