He got two offers! One was in town for $6,000 less a year than his previous job AND second shift from 4:30-12:30 so I only had to shift one class around which is no problem since my instructor for that class is a dean!
The other offer is a job that was tailored for him by his old, old boss at the company he was laid off from. It is in a town in SC and about 3 hours from here but close to the seminary I wanted to attend in like 4 years. The top pay wasn't bad at all but that would have meant pulling Colin out of his school, moving us, and pulling me out of school mid-semester.

He took the in town job. Once we get the my class shifted, he'll start! And the company has rocking benefits, a great incentive program, and an awesome way to move up in the company. :)
