i'm wondering if anyone has any experience selling a home through a flat fee MLS listing?
the market is so bad back in NJ that we need to drop our price another $15,000 (we have already dropped it $10,000 and we started with the suggested listing price from our realtor). we cannot afford to do this unless we make a cut somewhere else, so we're thinking about dropping our realtor and using a flat fee listing instead.
if anyone has any experience, i'd love to hear it.
Hey April, I have not heard of this. Have you thought about switching realtors? What is your current realtor doing to sell your house? If they are judt waiting for someone to come buy it, I might start interviewing other realtors to see what they would suggest.
