I got a second opinion on having the D&C. My primary care Dr said that I should have it done, so I did. It wasn't that bad, but I'm still bleeding. The whole point was to stop the bleeding, not continue it, so not real thrilled. I just want to heal and get healthy. I am so spent. Drained. Tired. Useless. I need to pull it together. Hopefully this will help and won't take too long to heal.

I'm sorry that you are having such a hard recovery.  I hope that the bleeding stops soon and you can get some rest and start to focus on your kiddos and enjoying life!!

It sounds like a hormonal issue to me. Try the angelica or shepherd's purse for the bleeding. Then work on getting hormones straightened out.

I hope things start going better now. I am sure you are disappointed about the bleeding, but hopefully it will stop soon. I know when I had that done, there was bleeding for a week or so but then everything was back to normal. Hang in there.

It's been a week and I'm still bleeding. Worse then before the stupid surgery. I knew not to do it. Now the Dr wants me to take Evamist. Estrogen. That decreases your milk supply. When I asked him about it, he said not once your supply is well established. Well, mine isn't. I don't make enough. He said to call if my milk decreased. Tonight I read the insert, and it said it not only effects the quantity of milk, but quality. What the heck does that mean??? So, I'll call Alexandra's Dr in the morning and see what they say about it.

As an added sucky thing, last night I was rolling over in bed to take a picture of the kids and dislocated my knee. The cruddy one. Life sucks!!!
