I know a lot of us are trying to get back on the wagon of losing weight/eating better so I thought I'd start this.

I am so pissed. I did SO good yesterday. Had my lunch all packed last night for today and forgot it at home. :/ I hate that. I ate lunch in the classroom but I am just so annoyed. Those first couple of days are so hard and now I have to start that over tomorrow. But I will do it!

I have a headache that is bugging me. I am cutting out caffeine so that is probably what it is from. I need to get more sleep too, that would surely help!

Don't beat yourself up Juni! At least you didn't lose sight of your goal and head out to McDs, right?

I'm doing ok. I'm trying not to go to overboard to quickly. I want to get into that crazed-OCD-full-on-craziness zone but I have to work up to it this time. I'm not losing quickly in the beginning like I normally do and it's very disheartening. I figure if I keep up with better habits, it will happen eventually. I'm being more mindful of things like less carbs after 3, more water (failing as always), smaller portions, little meals more often. I'll get there. It's just going to take much longer this time and I have to find some peace with that.

I need to drink more water!!!!!!!!!

Argh!

I think I'm just on the go more now than I was when I did this diet in the beginning of the year.

We went to happy meal night last night but only for the boys. I did sneak a nugget and some fries though, ;)

I'm struggling too Juni! Like today, I have my lunch packed etc I'm at work and I'm STARVING. All I can think about is eating a cheeseburger no  Seriously, I want to cry! I need to do better with packing snacks because we go through such long periods without a break here. Plus, I'm terrible at eating breakfast. I ate a small bowl of cereal and a banana this am at like 11 but I should have had lunch by then. It's just that my schedule is so screwed with working at noon. I get up get the kids ready for school take them to school and then lay down another couple of hours. With working until midnight staying awake at 6:30 is bad news.

Blah..so I struggle with a routine. All I can think of now is eating..luckily I have some celery with a bit of cream cheese I can eat, but now I'm to the point of no return so it seems.

I haven't had any coke today, which is a miracle. And I need more water.

Sorry for the long post.. how frustrating this is!!!!

I would be embarrassed to tell you what went across my lips the last two days.
