Robin- I have a chicken spaghetti recipe you might like.
In a nutshell - a rotisserie chicken that has been skinned and deboned and chopped up. Cooked spaghetti. Make a roux (melted butter and flour). Add warm chicken stock. Stir till thick. Add half n half cream to make the sauce. Sautee some mushrooms, onions, celery in butter. Mix all together in a casserole. Top with breadcrumbs and bake.
If u like I can give the exact recipe.
I wonder if Joe would eat this?? I think he is getting sick of chicken though. I need beef recipes.
Similar and my kids all time fave...
1 lb browned ground beef 3/4 lb cooked spaghetti noodles One yellow onion and 1 big celery stalk diced to your size preference and sauteed in a few tbs. Butter ( I dice mine small to hide from my picky eaters lol) 1 can cream of shroom soup and 1 can milk 1 small bar of sharp cheddar cheese cut in 1/2 inch dice ( I estimate a generous cupful) - maybe 1.5 cups
Mix all in casserole. Top with crushed ritz crackers. Bake.
I have been making this forever without a recipe - so adjust any quantities to your liking.

That sounds heavenly.
I think I should come visit you (or you come visit me), and you could make it for me.

My mom makes one similar to this and it is even good without the chicken.
I used my dad's computer to type the class list for Mark's class--my first official room-mom job.
Now Mark and my mom are playing Candyland or something, and I'm playing on my mom's laptop.
My dad's computer keyboard was giving me fits. It's the split kind that is angled toward me on both sides. The "6" key is in a crazy awkward place to hit with my right index finger. Also the space bar sticks.
