I'm trying to decide if I should email Henry's teachers or request a conference or just wait it out . . .

The graded papers he brought home yesterday weren't horrible but they weren't great either. Only one of the 3 was a failing grade (60) so I guess that's not so bad.

I'd really like to talk to Toni but she's not around much. I asked her for her mailing address on fb so I'm going to write her a letter.

That way my kids would be safe.

OMG, ditto. Especially since I think my hair is the longest it's ever been atm.

ll, she is a blogger and got so big she ended up being offered her own cookbook. she is awesome.

robin- this recipe has chicken, spaghetti, cream of mushroom soup, cheddar cheese, onions, green pepper, and chopped pimento in it. i love pimento, but you could totally leave that out if you liked the other ingredients.

Can't you send one of your kids to get it?

That's what they're for, you know. ;D

robin, i read epl and while i did like it, i thought the same about her being pretty selfish.

i always wondered what he irl ex-dh thinks about all this hype. poor guy.

we had leftover chicken spaghetti (pioneer woman recipe). yum.

What was in your chicken spaghetti? It sounds good in theory because I like chicken and I like spaghetti noodles.

But one time after I had Henry, someone brought us dinner--chicken spaghetti--and it had pimento cheese in it. It was sooo gross.

Speaking of good recipes, I made the Hillbilly Housewife snickerdoodles yesterday. They were so easy and very yummy. Both my kids liked them.

it does sound good in theory. I had it once after having scott a friend brought it and I could barely eat it.

Don't be all shocked but I had never in my whole life had any kind of "Hamburger Helper"--any meat, variety.

I had great coupons and they were on sale at Kroger so I got 6 last week--mostly for the food pantry at church but I decided to try the Chicken Fettucine Alfredo one.

It was so good!

I'm going to buy it again. Glen, Mark, and I LOVED it. Henry wouldn't taste it but whatever. His loss.

I am really shocked this is the first time youve had it.

Raymond is obviously tired. Hes very cuddly. I hope he can make it till bedtime. I might have to do the bath early just to keeep him from napping.

we don't eat hamb helper anymore (the sodium is outrageous), but we used to love the lasagna one in college.

jammi's kids love the salsbury steak one.

there is a sale starting next week at my grocery store that will make hamburger helper free. we don't eat it, but for every 10 i "buy" i would get 50 boxtops so i was thinking of just getting a bunch for the food pantry to get the boxtops.

but then i was thinking the people going to the food pantry prob. aren't buying a ton of hamburger/chicken at like 4.99/lb so maybe i should just hand it off to one of dave's single friends. hmmm...
