For those who did this and worked or had a busy schedule. How did it work? I am facing such a busy Sept/Oct with work, work functions, party, etc.
Help me figure this one out. I am trying to figure out the best things to order for me and what I need more of, etc. What do I do at a party? water and what to eat? Just a bar?

I make a shake and soup in the morning and put them in a thermos.
At parties, I either eat beforehand or have some naked meat and salad there.
I always take light dressing in my purse.
At parties, I walk around with a diet coke.
It's hard not to cheat but when you get home you feel so good about yourself that you resisted.
Melissa, this is a perfect diet for a buzy schedule! Definitely order some bars and pretzels. You can save your lean and green for when you get home and just eat the MF meals at work.
Do you have access to a microwave at work? The soups and brownies work perfectly. Or make them ahead of time like KD said and take them with you.
Also, I was pretty skeptical that the drinks on there could be a meal and fill me up, but they definitely do. My favorite is the fruit punch. It's so easy and very filling. I couldn't do two of those in a row I don;t think because they aren't as filling as other stuff, but I love them.
I always have a blended shake on my way to work in the morning. That's my first meal and it last me almost the whole way (30 min drive).
