we (aka ME) were going crazy keeing straight all the different little pieces - princess polly pockets, american girl accessories, lps, etc. etc.
and in clara's room we have an awkward under the stairs closet that, when reflected upon, is a sucky place to store anything you want to get constant access to.
so, i went out and bought ikea storage units. they screw into the wall to be secure.
i was writing on the bins to identify, then i saw cecile was taking pictures of clara's toys - she thought it would be a good idea so that clara could be more helpful in picking up.
taking cecile's super idea, we went to the pc, and just used google images to look up an example of each toy - these days there are great professional photos of pretty much everyting on the net... we printed them out and taped them to the bowes and... viola!
We used to do this in the daycare I worked at, but we took pictures, so I've been meaning to do that for eh... about 4 years, lol, but I just never get around to it. Then I worry about placement and lightening and photoshopping (Which is SO stupid for this) and lose my steam.

I love this idea. I read about it or saw it at Ethan's school and keep saying I'm going to do it but I'm a slacker. would make it so much easier for clean up. (if we bothered to clean up. Ethan's room is a disaster right now.)
