dan and i researched it a little a month or so ago.
what we decided was that it's for people who are already working out regularly and in pretty good shape but who want to be serious/add muscle definition.
since we're both supa chunks we decided against it for now but i bet for you & m1 ( ) it would be good since you are both in good shape already.

I have heard the same thing-if you are already in shape and looking for a challenge, it is a great program-hard, but good.
I have the Power90, and it is plenty for my sorry butt, but it is a good program, so I imagine you will definitely get results with this is you go for it!!
It works. Rich lost 21 lbs in 12 weeks and looked toned. It is hard core, but you can work up to it. You have to stick with it, but you will see results.
I keep saying I am going to try it, but have not yet.
Chrissie, w/ your body type I think you would see great results. They are about 60 min and have to do it 6 out of 7 days if you do their program.

wow! That's awesome!
I can't believe you haven't tried it after he did that! I'd have to try it so he wouldn't be smaller than me, haha!!
Chrissis, will have Rich see if we can. Will let you know ASAP.
That is the hard part of any exercise for me. I cannot keep dedicated to doing it. I know if I started that program it would work, but the key is starting it for me and keep doing it,lol. 6 days a week is a lot for me, but I know I need it.
He took off July because we were gone a lot, but is back at it. You also need space to do a lot of the stuff. HE also bought the hang bar. The plyometrics need room. Not a ton, but some space.

I can't believe I've stuck to excercising since January! It's a complete miracle, lol
