Who has used it?

Tell me about it...   Did you like it?    Was it hard?  did you see results?

Also where is the best place to purchase it from?

DH and I are thinking about starting it together.  I wanted to get opinions first!

I've not done it, but my friend and her husband just got it

They excercise regularly, and she said "it's hard as hell", lol

I've heard it's hard too, but that you see results.

I really need to get back on the exercise wagon.

I think it will help me, with DH doing it also.

It will motivate me, hopefully!

dan and i researched it a little a month or so ago.

what we decided was that it's for people who are already working out regularly and in pretty good shape but who want to be serious/add muscle definition.

since we're both supa chunks we decided against it for now but i bet for you & m1 ( wink ) it would be good since you are both in good shape already.

my friend said they were doing some ab stuff, and the tape had them in positions the human body wasn't meant to be in

she said she did her version of it, but her husband did it just like the tape and he couldn't stand up straight the next day, haha

I have heard the same thing-if you are already in shape and looking for a challenge, it is a great program-hard, but good.

I have the Power90, and it is plenty for my sorry butt, but it is a good program, so I imagine you will definitely get results with this is you go for it!!

It works. Rich lost 21 lbs in 12 weeks and looked toned. It is hard core, but you can work up to it. You have to stick with it, but you will see results.

I keep saying I am going to try it, but have not yet.

Chrissie, w/ your body type I think you would see great results. They are about 60 min and have to do it 6 out of 7 days if you do their program.

Melissa, that's awesome that Rich lost that much!!

That would be great if you could burn it for us! wink.gif

I think we are going to start after labor day.

The only thing I'm worried about is having an hour every day to dedicate to it! (that and it kicking my butt! lol!)

Chrissis, will have Rich see if we can. Will let you know ASAP.

That is the hard part of any exercise for me. I cannot keep dedicated to doing it. I know if I started that program it would work, but the key is starting it for me and keep doing it,lol. 6 days a week is a lot for me, but I know I need it.

He took off July because we were gone a lot, but is back at it.  You also need space to do a lot of the stuff. HE also bought the hang bar. The plyometrics need room. Not a ton, but some space.

I so understand this!

I can't believe I've stuck to excercising since January!  It's a complete miracle, lol

Me too!!  I usually work out during lunch(the gym is right around the corner) but I only get in about 35-40 minutes.

Sometimes I get up 1/2 hour early and do 30 day shred.  But I HATE getting up early.

DH is going to be dragging me out of bed in the mornings!!  lol!
