I have no clue why, but right before Elizabeth's birthday she decided she wanted a halloween party.  The girl is thinking about it all the time.  She has even started to look at costumes (and once again she is considering a cat costume).  I also saw that the stores are having halloween stuff.  Perhaps it's the retail industries fault she has this in her head.  I am no where near ready for halloween.  Anyone else yet?

Kaylen has but because when we went to disney we got her a princess dress and at 65 bucks you can bet shell wear that every halloween till shes ten. She also got the hideous wig which I cant find at the moment.

Scott is going to be thumper from disney because the closest costumes to dwarfs I could find were knomes gnomes ? and well I dont think the boys would wear the beards. and Scott loves his thumper stuffed animal.

Raym Im not sure about yet.

Yes.

She's been wanting to be a villian. Like Catwoman... only because you can't really wear a Poison Ivy or Harley Quinn costume without it being skanky.

I'm not even sure you can find a decent Catwoman costume for a child. I better look into that.

I know that TCP and Old Navy are starting to put theirs out... but I'm not ready. I'm still obsessed with Hannah's peacock costume from 3 years ago. I have a serious chip on my shoulder about BabyStyle closing.

OMG I am totally with you!!!! Especially being preggers now. I LOVED their clothes & Lucas's 1st Halloween costume, the peapod, came from there.  I am at work but am going to search ebay for used babystyle clothes now.

lmao, you wouldn't be the first. It's pretty much the story of my life.

(and I totally got distracted by costumes and now Hannah wants a faux-skanky catwoman costume. I will surely cave to the pressure, lol.)

lol about the skanky. I totally wanted to be poison ivy last year but didn't think anyone would want to see me in a green catsuit. plus ethan was spiderman and not batman.

As for the original question, not yet. I'm guessing it will be some sort of Star Wars person or super hero. That's what it's all about in our house these days.

Yes! Both my girls want to be Jessie, and they are arguing over it. Kate has also mentioned Tinkerbell or Sleeping Beauty, so I'm going to try and push her in that direction.

My girls are Disney freaks right now, so whatever they chose will surely be Disney related!

Sarah has already decided that we're both going to be the little mermaid.

Oy Vay!

I love how she decides things for the both of us.

Like she never says what she is going to be when she grows up.

It's always, "mommy when we grow up we're going to be facepainters at legoland."

:heart

Joe is talking about it.  Right now he wants to be a soldier, not sure where that came from.  Bel wants to be anything pink :eyeroll

We're doing 2 halloweens.

Halloween for the Not So Scary Halloween in Disney World Tristen will be Woody, Koda Buzz.

For actual Halloween, Koda wants to be Batman, and Tristen wants to wear Koda's costume from lastyear- Stitch.  I think Stitch will be too big for Tristen, but we'll make it work.

And irony or ironies...my kids don't even trick or treat.

Lucas is obsessed with dressing up right now (and so are his friends... we just went to a super hero birthday party last night) and him and his friends will randomly wear dress up clothes to church. so it isn't Halloween as much as it is dressing up... as I type this Superman is chasing his Cowboy friend Gabe through the living room.

I'm not sure what he will be for Halloween yet. He has a HUGE collection of dress up clothes but we usually get him a new (reasonably priced) costume every year. Last year he was Peter Pan, which was his obsession at the time... now he is all about Super Heroes so I'm sure he'll want to be some Super Hero
