Robin all this school stuff reminded me that I have to mail both of my kids physical forms to school or they cannot go to school.

Their appts were um months ago, they should have been done sent in before the school year ended. oops

I don't think I can carry on a lengthy conversation with myself. I may have to go play games on facebook

or do actual work

hmmmmmmmm

That picture in my signature is close to a year old.

Lucas's hair is no where near that blond anymore

That makes me sad

Gm girls.

I don't want to go back to school tonight. I just got to know the other teacher, and the class was over, lol. Oh well.

It's raining here, and that is no bueno for my mood. I've got a shiz ton of stuff to do before Hannah's party, I have school every night until Friday, and then plans Friday afternoon and into the evening, so I'm going to be running around like crazy at night, lol.

April, keep your head up girly - things have come together wonderfully, so you can't lose sight of that.

LL, I glanced at your ticker and thought it said, "Baby is busy making wine" (where it says urine)... I thought, "That's my kind of baby." Then I realized I was wrong, and now I'm drinking a coke zero to wake up, lol.

Baby is gonna be making wine this weekend LMAO

I am going to buy a bottle to have in the house so I can have a glass here and there. (Like this weekend to celebrate Joe moving in)

Dyk that when Joe and I moved in together, we made our own wine out of Hawaiian punch?

Did I mention we were effing broke, lol?

That doesn't really have anything to do with anything, but now I'm thinking I need to do that again. Or, you know, I could just spend the $9 on my favorite bottle. I love having cheap taste, lol.

shut up LMAO that is too funny.

I do not have expensive taste LOL I'm thinking a $6 bottle of pinot or white zin (gotta love pink wine LOL)

lmao, it was seriously delish. But then again, it's in my memory, and I was 20, so wtf did I know.

My niece is in love with this peach champagne that is like $6 a bottle. She got a ton for her wedding, and no lie, that stuff was a million times better than any expensive champagne I've ever had (in fact, it's the only champagne I even like) and as I bonus, I was crazy shiz-faced by the end of the night.

That, ftr, was not my intention, but I was crazy nervous about my matron of honor speech, and next thing I knew I was the dancing queen of the wedding.

Good times.

Anyways, when you pop that baby out, I'm going to make you guys make your own ghetto white trash wine. Just make sure you tell the kids not to drink it. Or you'll have to be like me and explaining why you were babysitting and how you turned your back for a little bit, and then are having to bring home a slurry speeched hiccuping teen. Oopsies.

I'm thrilled with Henry's teachers.

I even pre-bought a giftcard for one of them because she answered my "getting-ready-for-5th-grade" questions at the end of last year.

Woo-hoo!

Mark's K teacher will call this weekend to tell us who she is and what day he goes next week.

So we still don't know that one.

I also asked the vice principal (in charge of textbooks) if I could get a set to keep at home.

She said yes; I just need to email her the request.

We're going to have an excellent 5th grade year.

Did I already tell y'all that we did a tie-dye project a little while ago?

My fingers and the tops of my palms are all purplish.

Who needs plastic gloves?

I have one more PROJECT that I wanted to do with the kids this summer but we may not get to it.

We were going to make stepping stones.

I never did buy the concrete.

Hey Ladies!

Kiera has an open house on Monday, I am working :( Im still hoping I might be able to make it but the liklihood is low. Kyle has strict instructions to memorize every word said.

I am hoping she gets in the same class as our neighbor friends. Not becuase I think she will need her to feel comfortable, but because her mom is an involved SAHM and I want to have an "in" with the room mom.

K wont start Kinder until Aug. 23. Then Rhys will move to 4 days a week of daycare.

My daycare will potty train him so Im not too sad about it. lol.

I have been really bad about taking pictures.  I may have some in my phone.  I promised him bike riding tonight so I'll have to take the camera outside with me :)

LL, i forgot that i only posted the details of our move in cocktail. here's the update for those who didn't read it over there...

matt and i decided we wanted to move back to co asap. erin mentioned that her mom was looking for someone to manage her tutoring company in denver. we spent a few weeks discussing it via email and working out the details. i accepted the job last wednesday.

i needed to be out here for opening of schools to meet with principals to get them to choose us as their tutoring company. plus i needed to get the kids out here to get them registered and started with school. so we decided wednesday to go and left friday afternoon.

we're staying in jammi's finished basement for a while (there's a bedroom, bathroom and rec room down there). matt is back in nj working and trying to get the house sold - but the house is not selling. :/

when the boat sells, we can afford to rent an apartment here until the house in nj sells. he is having a hard time being in the house by himself out there and is anxious to get here.

Awww that has to be so hard for both you and Matt. But wow what great opportunities and how fun to be staying with Jammi.

I will send you all my ~~sell house & sell boat~~ vibes.

Matt will be able to transfer when he is ready to move out there??
