Hi all! I haven't completely caught up here-but LL, I hope you feel better. And I am glad Joe's interview went well!

Hi everyone!!!

Sonya, you sound like me. I'm on deadline so I really need to be productive but am totally unmotivated. Guess I picked the wrong day to start posting.

Kris, E wants to be a scientist too. Science is his favorite subject.

I need to figure out how far Sonic is from me. I've always wanted to go. Might be worth a road trip.

Bill saw his BFF yesterday, who is married to my BFF. They had a long conversation, which they haven't for a while. I don't really want to talk about it though, because even though I seriously doubt any of them will come here, I just don't want to put any of it on the BP.

It was interesting though-nothing earth shattering to *me*, but Bill was surprised at the revelations about my BFF.

Oh, and btw, there is not much of any toy clearance going on at my Target-does anyone else have the toy clearance going on?

Target irritated the crap out of me today. There were about a million people there, and half of the people didn't seem to care if they, their cart or their wild children were in the middle of the aisle.

We had to go around a lot of aisles because of it.

Not to mention there were a lot of kids running around there like wild animals. (I bought mine popcorn, as I usually do, so no wild animal behavior from them. Not that I would allow that anyway)

It was just annoying. Plus they were out of a bunch of things I needed. Boo.

Yeah-the things that were on clearance were not anywhere near 75% off or anything-I wonder when they will do that?

I am doing fine-we were busy this weekend (and no discussions about anything, btw.  I brought it up once, he joked around about it, I got pissy with him, he backed off and I decided I was too irritated to talk with him about it, so no progress has been made).

How are you doing?

Apies, did you have any big thunderstorms yesterday? we had a massive one here in the late afternoon. Lots of power outages and trees down. We were lucky and ours came back on quick, but the grocery stores were all closed yesterday evening!!

Alyssa, I have always wanted to go to a Sonic.

We have none around here.

If you go, you will have to report back about it for me! :)

you know, it was fun. we all liked sitting outside and enjoying the weather but the food - it just wasn't that great.   I didn't have a shake or any sweet stuff so maybe that is where I went wrong!

Bill wiped out our hard drive this weekend. Something happened to the desktop and that is the only thing he knows how to do, lol.

Which is fine-but IDK if he backed everything up again before he did this, and if he didn't, I lost some music in iTunes and I will be annoyed.

Plus I called him about all of this and he has not called me back. I mean, I know he is working, and who knows-maybe he is in a meeting or something, but still. I wanted to get my iPods all synced and whatnot this afternoon and now I can't.

I think I am just still annoyed about Target, lol.

I will definitely report back. I don't know if I believe Kris' assessment. She's very critical. ;)

That is how I felt too-there were a few things, but nothing really great.

good afternoon!

connor had vbs for 3 hours this morning and the break was so so nice.

i brought g&j to the playground for the entire time. the weather is so nice today.

i told the kids they could paint tshirts this afternoon, but they are both being crabby so i said they had to wait until their attitudes changed.

lucky for me that means i get to play on the computer while they are working on that improvement;)

you definitely need to try it for yourself!

do not take my word for it.

my oldest son LOVES it.

Jake is so so (he has to have a kids' meal + a cheeseburger b/c the chicken strips are so small - and he's not usually a big eater).

Corey, I feel the same way about the commercials-why do they show them???

We also sometimes have Jack in the Box commercials, but we don't have them around here either.
