Robin, sticky floors drive me crazy! I can't stand to walk across the floor and stick to it or hear that sound it makes as you peel your foot off.

Good luck to Joe today. I wouldn't be surprised if he's got it now that the stress of getting *something* is gone. He'll be more relaxed and I bet he'll knock it out of the park.

Um it wasn't YOUR status. It was all the comments to mine while he was on his way here.

We are seriously hoping he gets hired on the spot, is it wrong to be that hopeful??

Most of the stuff I have to do I cant do until dh wakes up. It makes things difficult.

i'm just gonna complain for a minute so feel free to ignore me.

my knees are killing me today and they are swollen as hell. i'm sure it doesn't help that i weigh about 3,000 pounds.

my house is a mess and i just spilled blueberry pom juice on my freshly shampooed carpet.

i'm stressed like crazy over this blood test today - it's exactly 4.5 years since mikey's diagnosis. to the day.

i'm so stressed that my tmj is acting up and i'm having trouble even opening my mouth all the way. have i mentioned i clench my teeth so hard at night that i have now cracked 4 teeth?

and they just moved dan to the afternoon shift starting aug 9 which means he's gone noon - 10:30. no help ever at dinner time, bath time, bedtime, chauffering jake around .... and the kids are in school from 9-noon so he won't be seeing them much or helping much at all.

aaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhh

ok, i think i'm done.

We went to ON--got 2 pair of pants for Henry, Office Depot--got 4 6-packs of composition books (at 50 cents a pack), and Target.

I went a tiny bit crazy at Target but they had the 25 cent crayons and $1 markers that Kroger has been sold out of for a week. I also got some $1 calculators and 69 cent pencil sharpeners and and and . . .

Then I remembered I needed some new Duracell rechargeable batteries for my camera so I had to go back to get those.

While walking back to the front of the store, I had to walk through toys and found some of the clearance stuff. I got 2 boxes of Trio blocks marked down to $3.98 each.

The boys and I did 5 (I think) science experiments.

I'm u/l the pics to fb right now.

I'll probably do a post about them in the "Primary Years" section.

Now the kids are playing in the pool.

I really dont understand how I am sick again when I take damn vitamins every single day. I actually called cuz I feel so lousy and they said that I am supposed to go to my primary care dr. Well that's awesome since 1. I don't have one (well I do but they dont take my insurance) and 2. When I was pregnant with Lucas he would not treat for anything once I was pregnant.

They are having a dr. call me back. The coughing is making both my back and lower abdomen sore and it's freaking me out. I think I need to make Joey rent me a doppler.

jake is spending the day with me (of course, momma bird is not ready to let that crazy little bird out of her nest yet!).

we went to the gym, ran errands, went to Sonic for lunch, ran more errands, came home.  He was back in Kate's room playing wii and comes darting in here and I say what are we going to do now. He says "watch a movie!"  I say "Oh, which one" like I don't know he's ridiculousl addicted to dinosaur movies.  He says "Dinosaurs with Nygle Arvin" and it cracks me up how he talks about Nygle like they are friends.

and he told me at lunch that he wants to be a scientist when he grows up to study dinosaur bones heart.gif

He's supposed to go back Wednesday but he thinks he's gonna get someone to take that shift. If he does that he will go back Thursday and I am going this weekend for a party anyway so he should be able to come home with me permanently on Sunday if all goes perfect LOL
