LL, that baby name thread has me thinking about names for your baby. I am voting you have a girl, so make it happen, okay? lmao.gif

I'm doing the best I can LOL

I just replied to the thread again.  Chloe is really our number 1 name but it has gotten so popular we may not use it.

There are a ton of family opinions on middle names and things that need to be included in the naming of our child.  We seriously think that we are gonna keep it a secret.

April, I just have to tell you that I saw that little video clip of Em and it made me melt! I just can't get over how much she has grown into a little girl, and she is just as beautiful as ever.

aww, thanks libby!

she was terrified of the ocean, but then actually asked me to take her in.

I'M terrified of taking them in the ocean b/c i'm so sure that i'm going to lose them under the wave!

Well, we all know where his fire ends up.  We will be seeing proof sometime around January.

My niece has been here for 6 hours. I am sooooooooo done.

I was gonna go to my moms tomorrow, my brother and his girlfriend go there every Sunday when he has Evie, and they have been busting my balls that I haven't been there in months. There is no way I am going now. I have her every night now that her mom is working and today and I really don't want to spend my Sunday with her.

She does a lot for me so the short answer is no.

The long answer is that Travis is responsible for her (in my house so there is other supervision) from when she gets dropped off until after dinner and she is paying him.

I'm also half-way working on a menu plan.
I found a site with a fill-in weekly chart and a long list of meal ideas.

I'm thinking someone who doesn't like pork made the list of suggestions.

Although it does have "pork chops" on it, there's no bbq pork (just bbq beef--blech), no ham, no ribs, no pork roast.

So here's my list of possible menu ideas from that website and what we usually eat anyway:

  1. Meatloaf
  2. Pork chops
  3. Pot roast
  4. Sloppy joes
  5. Spaghetti with meat sauce
  6. Soup
  7. BBQ Pork
  8. Fajitas
  9. Fish
  10. Ham
  11. Steak
  12. Pork ribs
  13. Alfredo chicken
  14. Chicken and dumplings
I feel like I'm forgetting something but it will come to me. Also I always have leftover steak that I cut into little pieces and mix with rice for the next day's dinner.

I'm just glad to see 14 options up there.

Robin, what is this site?

looks like a pretty good list

http://lds.about.com/od/visualmusicalaids/a/meal_planning.htm

If you scroll down, it gives you the option of printing a chart with or without menu ideas.

Mmm, mmmm.

Dinner was delicious.

Pork chops, asparagus, mac&cheese, and cornbread.

Glen's sister and bil came here right in the middle of dinner.

The kids were pretty much finished, and Glen left his dinner, telling me he wasn't done yet.

I kept eating.

Not my fault they chose the middle of dinner to stop by.

My kids HATE cornbread.

I need to take one more grocery store trip.

We need bananas, grapes, peaches.

I should just go to WM because we also need light bulbs.

And canned vegetables.

I guess everyone else has a life on this Saturday evening.

I'll just go to the store if no one will talk to me.

idt i ever mentioned that a friend of mine lives there.

alas, he didn't seem amused at the idea of me having a girls night and him being home with two crazy kids and a newborn.

LOL If you had gone I would have told you to go have a drink at Outback and then freak him out by telling him that you "know" me LOL He would have been so confused.

I can't imagine why Dave wouldn't have jumped at hanging out with the kiddos hahaha

i am watching a marathon of raising sextuplets and hiding out in my room.

i am thoroughly enjoying the excuse of "supervising" the sleeping baby to get out of watching ratatouille in the living room.biggrin

is he a bartender there?

when i have visited her before we have just gone into providence.

unfortunately, i am starting to feel like one of the "old people" kwim?

like when you are newly 21 and you see a group of older women on the dance floor and you say to your friends "why are those old people here?"

ya, i think i am one of those old ladies on the dance floor now:)
