thanks apies! i didn't even think of that (I just always see those types of school desks on CL pretty cheap ;)

Henry did his homework at the kitchen table in Kindergarten.

Now he does it on the floor in his room.

He had a desk that he never used. That desk is in Mark's room now, and his TV takes up most of the top of it.

My DS never used a desk. Kitchen table works great for homework/projects.

We never used a desk either. Right now E uses a picnic table. We have a desk I may try out on her eventually, but if it's anything like it went with my ds, she will be doing homework as near as possible as me so she can make sure I hear her complain.

looks cute, but uncomfortable. kids never sit in those once out of school for the day. they do homework anywhere, but at a desk like that.

if you really want a desk for her then I would get a comfy chair and a table desk.
