I've been crazy busy trying to wrap up projects before our month vacation.
1. Travis did not get the job, he was runner up. Though his ego is a little bruised, we are both fine with it. The good thing is now he will be able to finish his dissertation while at the university next year which should make him much more marketable during next years job search.
2. I *think* I am without internet access at my inlaws, so I won't be back until the last days of June. I haven't gone all snobby on y'all ;)
3. It is 11:30 and we leave for a month at noon tomorrow, and my husband hasn't even started packing for himself. He may not make it the month.
We'll miss you but I hope you have a wonderfully relaxing yet fun time. I hope you manage to find a way to get on here a few times but if not I will be looking for you at the end of June.
Sorry about the job but as someone who watched her husband finish his dissertation with a full time job, I really think this is probably for the best. Get it done and start a job with it behind you!
I'm jealous of your month away from technology. I'm technologied out right now and I think I'd love that.
