have any of you ever submitted a bzzz report for a product you didn't like?
i am in the cover girl campaign right now and hate the product. i can't decide if it would be better to lie and pretend i liked it and told everyone i know or tell the truth that the product sucks.
it was a combo campaign for the smoky shadow blast and a lip gloss.
the shadow is in a pen form (like a solid shadow) and it has a green end (step one) and then the colored end (step two). it is not smooth to apply at all and since it is a solid i feel like i am wearing lipstick on my eye lids...it is sticky and gross.
the lip gloss reeks of watermelon and is super sticky too...i feel like i am back in 5th grade with my lips cemented together with dollar store lip gloss.
i obviously won't be quite so candid when i write the report though:)
I am a bzzagent too and if there is a product I don't like I don't submit reports for the products. It doesn't hurt you not to but I guess it doesn't help your status either. Right now I am in 3 different campaigns covergirl simply ageless, science diet toy dog food, and childrens claritan.

I participated in the same campaign. They sent me lots of colors though both for eyeshadow and lipgloss. I did like some colors and not the others but I think the colors are a personal choice so I wrote a positive feedback. There have been bzz campaigns where I did not like the product and I wrote the truth.
BTW I am seriously loving the Covergirl simply ageless makeup that I just got sent. I've been wearing it instead of my usual makeup and I really like it. It goes on smooth and doesn't settle and look cakey. The only thing that I don't like is the foundationcompact doesn't come with a mirror.
amber, you just go to the website and register. then they will email you at random inviting you to join various campaigns. when you register you fill out a profile questionnaire, so you the campaign invitations are semi tailored to the person (ie a man wouldn't get invited to join the covergirl campaign).
once you get an invitation, you accept or deny it. if you accept it, they send you a free full size product in the mail as well as some high value coupons. you are then supposed to "get the buzz out" about said product and submit a report on what you told people.
it is really easy, free, and a good way to try new products.
if you want to be super involved, they have surveys, etc that you can take part in that ups your agent status, but i never bother with any of that stuff.
