Travis still hasn't heard.  Not even a no.  And he pretty much asked them to tell him no if it was a no.  My boss thinks they are in negotiations with someone and that Travis might be next in line so they don't want to show their hand either way.

For whatever reason, I'm hopeful we will have closure today.  We'll see.  I've only been saying that for over two or three weeks now.

Jenn are you gonna be in Boston overnight???? I'm gonna be in MA this weekend and I know you are probably crazy booked but if you are gonna be around Sunday let me know :)

I really hope you get closure today too. Your trip will be so much more enjoyable if that is no longer weighing on your mind.

I have no time, but have to run to the store.

Tristen needed some play shirts, so I picked up a few ts at Target.  Koda didn't need any, so I didn't get him any.

Apparently, the bug shirts are the coolest thing ever and how could I not inlcude him.

Whatever kid, I'll go pick up your $4 of cheap T shirt pleasure.

LMAO I got Lucas a ton of the $3.50 Garanimals tees from Walmart. He seriously thinks I am the greatest mom ever, I hope to keep it this way for as long as possible LOL

I do not want to be at work. It is gorgeous out and there is a ton I can be doing. I also need to make about a gazillion phone calls.

I am doing busy work just to get through the day - scanning all my files for the last few weeks into the computer.

Lunch is an hour YAY

OMFG I do not remember ever being like this before. I am CRAZY CRAZY CRAZY moody and hormonal. One minute I'm fine, the next I'm mad and the next I am crying like a baby. I may drive poor Joey insane.

Well, Mark made it through shopping all morning with little complaint.

Now he's watching Fresh Beat Band (I think) and waiting for SpongeBob which is next.

My mom took us to CiCi's for lunch, and just as we were finishing, all the high schoolers in the city arrived.

Good timing.

That was good timing Robin. I live in the center of town and all the shops get crazy packed at 230 everyday (the school is walking distance).

I will have my rental car tonight and was going to go up to MA tongiht instead of tomorrow. Joe doesnt want me too (for a whole host of valid reasons). I however refuse to deal with the valid reasons and instead burst into tears and am mad at him for not wanting me to come up there bad enough.

This is going to be a really long pregnancy hmm

Take your rental car and do ALL your little errands so you won't have to think of a thing when you come home.  Or just go for a drive because you can.  :)  Tomorrow will be here super soon

LL- we are actually going to family in Weymouth, but will be stopping in Boston for a couple hours Sunday morning.  Unfortunately, it isn't much of a leisure trip, but I am trying to cram in at least one family outing

ok I have calmed down and feel better. Thankfully my mood swings are rapidly changing LOL

I'm home and getting cleaning done then I am taking the boys to Subway and running to Walmart. I will be super busy all night to distract me from missing Joe LOL.

Now I just need to schedule in nap time

So, are you going tonight? Or waiting until tomorrow?

I dropped Henry off at a nursing home to sing with his church choir, then they took the church van back to church for a "lock-in".

We get to go pick him up at 10.

Glen is trying to put Mark to bed. He isn't trying very hard.

I added some more stuff to our summer calendar; it looks crazy-busy.

Henry looked at it and said, "Oh no, it's going to be a terrible summer. There's a blank day here and one here and one here . . . "

sigh.

Gretchen (my co-teacher) and I took all the wall decorations down in our classroom because we were so sick of them.

I think they've been the same for 10+ years.

No more monkeys, duckies with umbrellas, or frogs.

We aren't supposed to paint the walls at church because of some dumb policy. Everything that's painted has to be light beige, medium beige, or dark beige. So ugly and boring for a nursery.

I've been looking for easily-removable peel-and-stick type things to put on the walls, and I found some cute colorful polka dots at Target.

However, the directions said they do best on a smooth wall.

Our walls are those bumpy cinder-block type walls.

Anyway I realized that although I don't go back to work until August, the baby room is open this summer starting in 2 weeks.

So something needs to be in that room.

Oops.

I saw some not-horrible posters and signs at the dollar store today.

I may go back and get them for temporary decorations.

I could get reimbursed for stuff like that but it would be a bit of a hassle, especially if I could just get some stuff from the dollar store.

I did buy my babies some small playground balls from the dollar store today.

They'll super-love those. heart.gif
