Hey ladies,
I know I have not been around in a while, but I have been trying to keep up with many of you on facebook. As some of you know, we put an offer on a house in Florida and it was accepted. I am super excited!!!

The inspection is this sat. and I am really hoping all goes well. I know there will be some stuff that needs to be fixed because it is a foreclosure, but I hope it is not too much.

Our plan, if all goes well, is to stay here in NY until we find jobs down there. So I might be here for another year, but I will be going down on all vacations for sure!

So wish us luck and please send all of your magical P&PT our way for a great inspection.

I will keep you updated.
