so i bought planters for my front steps last year that were fine. they were black and did the job. well, i left them outside over the winter and now they are destroyed. oops.
so i need to replace them.
has anyone seen decent black planters anywhere for a reasonable price? i really don't want to spend an arm and a leg.
Are they destroyed meaning faded and ugly, or destroyed with holes and unusable? If just ugly, I would spraypaint. Obviously, not the case if they are no longer intact.

i was totally going to spray paint, but the outer layer is coming off in big chunks and they are crumbling around the bottom. :glum:
I am not sure what you have available to you there, but sometimes I find really good deals at places like Big Lots, Tuesday Morning, TJ Maxx and farm stores like Farm & Fleet or Rural King. If you have a Hobby Lobby you can usually print a 40% off coupon on regular priced stuff and you might get a deal that way. Sometimes Michael's also honors competitor coupons and vice versa.
