Today is Thursday!

Normally I heart.gif Thursdays because I have 4 sweet baby boys in my class at work.

Gretchen (my co-teach) and I can take a really long walk with 2 double strollers.

However, last Thursday, 2 other teachers were out so the director moved Gretchen and me to other rooms for the day and combined our babies with another class.

Boooooo.

Oh, my computer room AND my bedroom are catch-all rooms in my house, and BOTH are in dire need of decluttering.

I went to the mall the other night to get Mark some new shorts.

The style is super-duper long this year.

Mark does not have long legs so all of the shorts come down past his knees.

I think he looks like a little gangsta.

I suppose I prefer past the knees to mid-thigh but something in between would be nice.

Good morning!!

Somehow, it seems my kitchen table is our catch all for everything..  Drives me INSANE!  I clean it off at least twice a week.

Right now it's covered in Easter candy hmm

Just have Easter candy for breakfast, lunch, and dinner today.

That should clear off your table. ;D

We had a big, long thunderstorm last night.

I'm hoping it washed away all the pollen.

The lightning and thunder were LOUD.

I called my mom about something non-storm-related, and she said she was watching firemen put out a fire at her neighbor's house.

Lightning had struck a hole in their roof.

Scary.

(My mom lives in my neighborhood.)

I stayed up too late watching Criminal Minds but then I slept like a log.

I need to catch up on some laundry but I don't get much home stuff done on days that I work.

This week I'm working Wed., Thurs., Fri. because the church was closed on Monday.

i can't wait to see him with a nice, white, braces-free smile. i know i'm biased but he is so handsome. heart.gif

i probably should do the dishes before my parents get here - but then what would my dad do?

he comes over and does dishes - my mom does laundry. they HATE sitting still and they get too overwhelmed to take the kids out anywhere.

i guess we all have our quirks. i'm just grateful their quirks involve cleaning my house biggrin

He goes to preschool at my church, which is a different program in a different building.

He goes there Mon. (full day), Wed. (half day), and Fri. (half day).

So on Mondays, he has preschool while I work; I don't normally work on Wednesdays, and he comes over to my building on Friday afternoons.

He goes in the Toddler 3 class with the other preschool-aged kids whose moms work there.

He hates it because he's not a baby but he doesn't really have a choice.

On Thursdays, I take him with me  in the morning, and my mom gets him around lunchtime so he doesn't have to nap with the babies.

Good morning!

I'm feeling SO much better, so I decided to pop on and say hi.

I have to study for a test tomorrow, so I'm letting Danielle babysit. She's excited, but I think she is planning on playing Xbox the entire time I'm gone. I'm just heading over to the library, but she keeps asking me when I'm leaving, lol.

Juliette is FINALLY better. Her cough is letting up; last night was the first night in awhile that we didn't have to give her lortab before bed.

Oops, I forgot to answer the question.

We have several hot zones; one is the end of my kitchen counter, another is on top of a cabinet in my dining room, and the third is any closet in my house.

I'm terrible about closet organization, and tend to just shove stuff in them instead of organize them. That's going to be my next project.
