dh's phone interview was a bust. he's out of their price range and it's really not enough of a challenge for him.
another company called here this morning looking for him. i gave them his cell number. they are closer to home than his current company and i looked at their site and it looks like they have an opening for something he's more than qualified for and would be super interested in. fingers crossed.
I ususally have some sort of fruit. I need something in my stomach first thing in the morning but I can't eat too much. Also, I tend to overdo my eating late in the day so I like to have something light on points early in the day.
GM, BTW. I have my list for the week done so today I can spend reading, or if the wind decides to stop this afternoon, I can take pictures of my crocheted things to try and get good ones for my shop. I'm a horrible photographer so this is quite a challenge for me.
Man we were so close to spring. All the snow was melting and then last night it dumps on us.
The roads were so slick it was like driving on a ice rink this morning on the way to work.
I actually slid through a red light after trying to stop for like 40-50 yard. Several cars in the ditch.
My back was feeling really good 2 days after my injection until the dang drive to work. I guess I REALLY tense up in my back when I'm nervous. And boy was I nervous driving this morning.
I have to say that when Koda is at school, Tristen is a different child. He is quietly playing, looking through books. When Koda is home, it is louder than pre-teen girls at a Justin Bieber concert around here.
Melissa- boo to snow. How was the injection? I recall you were really anxious (understandably) for it
I was really nervous. My stomach was in knots, Hands shaking. But it really wasn't that bad.
I had set it up for MIL To take the kids that night and I was feeling so good early afternoon I was thinking I was going to take a nap then go get the kids. Well I didn't think about the local anestic wearing off while I was asleep. I woke up hurting so bad. Needless to say I didn't go get the kids.
Its a little better every day. So I'm trying to optamistic it will help my back and leg pain and then I can get out and do stuff with the kids once this snow actually stops.

Faith is my loud one. That girl does not have a volume button. She just loves to yell and screech.
Don't you think its funny how you can learn to distiguish between the differnt kinds of screechs..... Nope that she is just happy wow wow wubbzy's on....... Uh Oh that one she feel and hurt her self. LOL
Oh, and the good news. It pays more than we were expecting. The blah is it is a required live-in position, BUT we would have the entire top floor of a house and they would negotiate after the first year about living in. So, we'll see.
I know you wanted to buy but I'd look at it like an opportunity to find the perfect house. You can live at the school and have a chance to really get to know the area.

Very very true. It is actually for the best financially- and really, it would be quite a step up space-wise from what we have now, so that is good. And the pay isn't lowered despite the provided housing (which is what normally happens- I make less at my job because my apartment is provided and it is considered part of my compensation). So, yeah, pretty awesome.
oooh, I almost forgot. We'd get to do some travel. He would have to do some work overseas, in particular in China. He would need to do the first trips on his own until he became more accustomed and comfortable with things, but later trips we could probably tag along!

Thats defintly a nice perk to a job. Hope you hear soon. I hate waiting for news like that.
