we took the kids to the park to fly kites.

They loved it - the laughs and smiles and excitement were so worth going!

Then we took them to hibachi and they were pretty good.  Jake doesn't eat much but he did eat a few bites of steak and chicken.   This was the first time we took them and they enjoyed watching the chef do all of his tricks.

We are currently watching Nick's Kids Choice Awards. I am stunned by how many of these people my children know. At the beginning, there was an interview with a bunch of young guys, and Juliette says "hey, it's big time rush!"

I had no clue that this was the name of the group.

Having daughters is fun!

My kids REALLY like the filet o fish commercial. Like, I have looked it up on youtube a dozen times to play it per their request.

"Give me that filet o fish, give me that fish!" Sung by a Big Mouth Billy Bass. Nice.
