Hey there!

My van is gray blue, and dh's car is black. We also have a beat-to-hell red car, but I'm hoping that he sells that POS soon.

john and i had date night last night. we went and watched the games at buffalo wild wings left at halftime of the purdue game and got some coldstone then finished watching them here at home. we had a fun time.

kids had egg hunt this morning and now just hanging out it is gorgeous though slow to warm up.

That sounds SOOO nice...it's been too long since we had a date night. It's funny; we never watch the games when we go to BWW; we'd much rather play BuzzTime Trivia.

We are so cool, I know, lol.

How are you feeling these days? How much longer till your big US?

some crazy azz girls on FB have me motivated a bit to clean.

I've emptied out my mail basket which actually serves as a catch all.  It looks much better.

I'm working on mounds and mounds of laundry - putting it up, John washes it.

We attempted potty training this a.m. with Kate but after 1 turd and several pee pee accidents in her panties I threw up my hands for the day.

Kate and I just ran to town - we have 3 antique shops and I am on the hunt for a cabinet or something we a few drawers to replace this crazy, ill-functioning thing my MIL got us a few years ago.  The drawers don't open and it is maddening.  I saw one or two things I liked but am unsure as to whether to purchase one.  I'm going to see what I can find new before deciding.

I'm totally going to tell Sara you said that devilish.gif

I'm waiting for Danielle to get out of the shower, then we are heading over to Menards to look at what's on sale.

George is working, so it's just me and the gals. I need rugs for the living room and dining room, but we also need a new storm door.

I have a merchandise credit that's been burning a hole in my pocket, so hopefully I find something I need on sale. That would be su-wheet.

April, I hope you win both pools!!!!!

Sara, I am sooooooo excited that there are only 5 more days!!!!!! That baby had better be cooperative.

My car is blue, which I chose. Bill technically has two cars because he has his non-running explorer, which is black, and his hand me down buick commuter car, which is a teal kind of color.

I absolutely hate white cars. Unless I can help it, I will never own a white car. I just hate white vehicles!! And it always surprises me how many people CHOSE white cars. (no offense to anyone, of course, I just personally have thought white not only looked worse than other choices, probably because work vans and cars are always white, but they get so dirty!!!! I am not a big fan of black for that reason as well-and I don't really like red cars either) Wow, I am way picky about car colors.

Watch my next car be white, lmao. And I will cry every time I go to open it.

My girls are being very noisy today. It is on my nerves. We are supposed to head over to the farm when they get up because Bill is over there pruning the grapes and we are having pizza there this evening. I think telling them we are going got them up wound up.

They are going to be tired this evening!

They have also been at each other all morning. They had better keep their distance when we are at the farm or I might kill them-I am not interested in dealing with their fights today.

We had a busy morning and I am tired now.

I hope the girls can run around with Bill and Grandpop when we go to the farm-I don't have the energy to run after them.

Of course, Bill is pruning, so he actually has something to do. He won't be of any help.

I should be honest-I stayed up later than I should have last night, so that is likely a big reason I am tired. I can't sleep in because of the steroids, so I have to get to bed at a reasonable hour each night.

The girls are on spring break this week. So I think I am going to go to the grocery store tomorrow morning. I usually go when they are in school on Mondays.

I have a big list this week, so I think tomorrow morning would be better. It usually isn't *too* bad on Sunday if you go early enough.

Monday, my mom and I were talking about going to Kohls with the girls. I only got a 20%, but it is better than 15%!

We don't have other plans though for the week.

Well, except at some point this week, Bill's aunt is making sausage for Easter with all of the kids. I have to find out what day that is.

I am going to kill my children. They are being SO noisy up there!!!!

Ok, so KILL is a strong word. But they are both going to be taking several beans out of their jars. Very bad resting today.

It doesn't help that mommy is tired and not in the mood for this malarkey.

lmao-sorry.  I don't like the color white very much.  I don't like white shirts much (unless it is a white dress shirt), I don't like white pants, but that could be because I am fat-I have seen some people wear white pants and look supa hawt-I just don't much like white!!!  I did wear white on my wedding day though...

I wonder what my issue is with white???

just returned from a family trip to the mall

I was reminded of why I don't like going out with the boys much these days...whiney, running around, etc

but we still go out just to get them out of the house, or else we'd go crazy at home

we had to buy them some new shoes, so we went to kids' footlocker

kevin fell in love with a pair of colorful nike's...it was cute that he picked them out himself. they're pretty stylin' :)

kyle, of course, wanted some skechers that light up

I hit old navy to see what their maternity selection was like...not really a whole lot that I liked. I need to get a pair of capris and shorts, but they didn't have any. I did get a couple of shirts on clearance.

I'm going to leave the boys with Dom and head out to a consignment shop to see what maternity stuff they have. It's a neat place called Other Mother's, they have tons of baby stuff, women's clothes (maternity and regular), etc.

then I'm going to get my hair cut, it needs it badly

yay for a little bit of alone time...i realllllly need it!

Van is red. Went to the city easter egg hunt this morning. It was in the 30's felt like 20's and so many little girls all dressed up and freezing. One bald infant had a dress with matching diaper cover with a little sweater on. She had nothing on her head or legs. I totally get dressing them up for easter service but not for an egg hunt where we were outside for 45+ minutes.

Raven loves easter egg hunting. We are doing a egg treasure hunt for her at home. I'm putting picture clues in the eggs and they will lead her to her easter basket. I got the idea from the librain at her school. I volunteer at Ravens library while she's at school and they gave my a beautiful smelling potted plant. I'm afraid I will kill it.
