I guess I'm dumb too then, because I thought we were taking a week off..meaning no weigh in tomorrow and then the next round starting the following week, the 6th?
Well, we'll do our final weigh in tomorrow for round 1 and then do our first weigh in for next week.

so, no week off then?
In past MSBL we've done the final weigh in and the first weigh in of the new round on the same day. This time we are putting a week between them. So, I guess it depends on how you look at it but there is a week off in that we aren't starting the new round tomorrow.
Well, technically, it is a week off since we don't record starting weights until next week. So, even if you gain 10 lbs this week, it just gives you a higher starting weight for the next round.

I don't know if it technically means a week off.
okay, so we weigh tomorrow and not weigh next week then, right? The week off has me thrown, lol

lol.
I'm sorry for being confusing.
we weigh in both weeks.
this week we finish round 1.
next week we start round 2 - so yes to a weigh in but it doesn't matter if you gain weight since we are starting fresh.

Yes I am new to this less formal way of doing MSBL. But I did do it a few rounds when it was more structered.
argh, I keep going back and forth. I managed a whopping 4 weigh ins or less this past round. I just feel badly signing in if I'm not fully committed because I don't feel it is fair to those that are. I've been a chubby slacker.
