we are pretty much decided on a boy name (which is what i think i am having anyways)...i have around 3 contenders for a girl name. i think i am having toruble committing to names this time around because once i choose a name, i start picturing the person and get attached. since i *think* it is a boy i am hesitant to get attached to a baby girl, if that makes any sort of sense at all. lmao. maybe i am just crazy:)
Since it looks like it's a girl...we're just focusing on girl names. Well, just Andrew and I. Stephen just says he hasn't thought about it. We didn't name Andrew until he was 4 days old, the last day I was in the hospital. I would like to avoid that delay. We kind of thought we'd go with Alexander, but it just didn't feel right after Andrew was here.
Pretty much every name Andrew comes up with has the middle name Stinky, or some varriation, so, his opinion isn't being weighed to heavily.
I have always loved the name Elizabeth, but when I was preggo with Andrew, I started to notice the name Lauren. Then I thought of Lauren Elizabeth Rose. I don't think Stephen is over the moon about it, but it's something I'm thinking of. He's Russian, so the tradition there is the babies get the dads first name as their middle. So, Andrew is Andrew Stephen. But it's for all the kids. So he's kind of thinking the baby's middle name should be Stephanie. I'm like we did it for the first one, let's move on...
Was looking at a name book today, and there wasn't a lot of things that hit me. Violet...That's sweet...IDK...I'm halfway there... It will go so fast, and so slow...
Lol. Andrew sounds a lot like Connor- he wants to name the baby Chickadee after his favorite bird or Carlos after who, I have no idea! I think we will be leaving him out of the naming decision;)

Well, if you have a Diane or something, he can call her Dee for short...At least Connor is picking names...Whatever first name we come up with, it's always Stinky for the middle...
