Wow-it is birthday day, huh??? Happy birthday to all our birthday boys AND to Juanita!!!!!

Sonya-I am sorry about Jo's sleeping. What does she do all that time? That is a LONG time to be awake!!

Sounds like everyone is busy this week-and YAY Sara for the u/s being moved up a day!!!! (of course it is April Fool's day now-but you had better not play any tricks on us!!!!!)

I don't have a ton planned for this week. The girls had school this morning and now are being noisy as all get out while they are supposed to be resting. I am annoyed about it because it disrupts my rest time, lol. And when they are noisy, I always end up making them stay up there longer and then they complain about it and I tell them if they had played quietly like they are supposed to, I would have gotten them up sooner. They don't get it.

Anyway, I went to the GP while they were at school and I have a sinus infection that is causing me respiratory issues as well. So he prescribed an antibiotic-hopefully it will knock this infection out. I had to call the GI though because I have to clear anything I take through him-I don't think this one should be a problem, but I can't start until I hear back from them.

Tomorrow I have no plans, Wednesday I am going to the OB/GYN for my yearly and to talk to him about my menstrual issues from the steroids. I am going to a new doc-but I have heard good things!

Not much else planned. The girls have Easter egg hunts at school this week, so hopefully everyone stays healthy for that!

I'm not sure she's awake all that time. She just yells every once in a while, normally just as I am falling back to sleep. She has an uncanny knowledge of the moment my eyes close. Sigh.

So, I think she sleeps for most of that time but I do not sleep at all.

Sucks.

I'm so tired right now that I could crawl under my desk and nap. Probably wouldn't look good at new job.

UGH UGH UGH!!!!!

You need an area under your desk like George Costanza.  Then you could nap under there and no one would know!!!

I am sorry-I hope she gets over this so you both can get some sleep!

I'm going to vent for a moment so I don't strangle my son. My temper is perously close to escaping.

First, ds. If he wants to go to his grandpa's house this weekend he needs to have his Social Studies review done today. What does he do about it? "I don't know the answer" and when I tell him where to find it, he still says he doesn't know. Then I told him the exact sentence it was in and he storms off crying that he doesn't know the answer. GRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WON'T give him any more than that. I told him I already know the answer so I don't need to do the assignment.

Next, dd. "I don't understand what I'm supposed to do." Okay, I read throught the assignment, explain to her what she's supposed to do. She rolls her eyes, shakes her head and interrupts me saying she doesn't get it. I take a deep breath, explain again, same response. Impatient now I explain again. She yells at me that that's not what it sounds like she's supposed to do to her. So I tell her to e-mail her teacher and ask then because that's what it sounds like she's supposed to do to me. She grits her teeth then does the assignment the way I said she should.

Next, another dd. Three sentences are the assignments. One hour later she's still sitting there with only 1 sentence done and she won't leave other dd alone. She's mad at me because I tell her to do her work every 10 minutes or so.

Finally (please remember I'm just venting and don't turn this into a discussion, at least not here) that dratted health care bill that passed. Minimum double my healthcare cost right off the bat to be raised to approximately double that in 4 years. How in the world am I supposed to afford that? And why should I have to when I don't even use the insurance I have more than once a year, tops. Why should I be required to pay for someone else's health care? I will do it willingly when I can afford it (and I do occasionally), but don't force it on me whether I can afford it or not. Grrrr!

Okay, I feel a little better now. Time for lunch.

Alaina, I am sorry you are having such a frustrating day!!!  I hope it improves.

I have to admit-I don't know what the health care bill involves, but I can't imagine it is good.  I should go read into and find out what it entails.  I'm sure it will depress me.

My girls are not napping and I think I am going to have to spring them soon. I don't feel like it-but they have been up there long enough.

Hopefully they will get along with each other this afternoon-I do NOT feel like listening to them argue. I have a sinus infection that is causing me massive sinus pain and pressure and I just don't want to listen to them.

Fingers crossed, but usually when I feel like this, they sense it and bicker all day.

Plus it is rainy and gross out, so we can't get outside or anything.

Bill forgot his house key this morning and forgot his lunch. He called me because he had locked himself out, but I was in the bathroom and didn't hear the phone ring.

Unfortunately for him, it is ballet night, so we won't even be here when he gets home! He will have to stop by the senior center where Anna has ballet so he can get the key. Maybe I will just make him stay there and come home with Kate. We'll see.

I guess Bill had to buy lunch today. i wonder what he got. He has a Chipotle in his building, but he doesn't like them. One of his brothers says that Chipoltle is awesome, so now I have to try it and see what I think.

I keep forgetting that I want to do that. Maybe I will go there for lunch tomorrow.

Bill doesn't like quiznos and I do, so I bet I will end up liking Chipotle.

He said he didn't like the meat-but I forget why. He is picky. And anti-organic and such. Maybe he missed all of the antibiotics and chemicals that are normally in his take out food, lol.
