I don't want to hear any "I-told-you-so"'s but Henry ALREADY twisted his knee in the new trampoline (which is GINORMOUS btw).

He was the first one to get hurt.

I made him sit and rest his leg for a few hours this morning, then gave him some Motrin, and now he's back to jumping.

Also, his birthday party is this coming Saturday, and I need MANY prayers for no rain.

I'm planning for the trampoline and the rented moonbounce to be the main entertainment so we need NO RAIN.

I will definitely send you no rain vibes!!!

I am sorry Henry got hurt-sounds like he is ok now?

Sounds like his party is going to be awesome!  Moonbounce and a trampoline???  My kids would be in HEAVEN.

I was going to paint Mark's room the same color as Henry's room--BuzzBlaster Blue.

His new curtains are really close to the same shade so I was going to paint that wall a lime green (or some other green).

But now Mark wants his whole room green.

I'm fine with that.

I love green almost as much as I love yellow.

I love green too-I think that will look really nice!!  And I am sure he will love being done with the teddy bears.

Anna was so happy when I took down her babyish wall things and got some new stuff for her room.  She feels like such a big girl now.

This kid is on my last nerve.

I REALLY, REALLY want him to leave.

I'm having trouble being that mean though.

This kid always follows his younger brother to our house.

The younger brother is great; he's in Henry's class at school.

And he's Henry's best friend.

Dylan (the older brother) just said lots of ugly things about Chad (younger brother) and said that he should just go home.

I practically bit my tongue to keep from saying, "Why don't you just go home?"

I'll go check on the kids one more time, and if he's still being a jerk, he's out.

So the older one was not invited? And he is being mean?

No good!!!

Is it causing problems with all of the boys? Ugh. How annoying, Robin.

Well Chad came inside to leave because Dylan wouldn't give him a break, so I asked Dylan to leave instead.

Oh, the dramatics.

He apologized to his brother, then threatened his brother, then apologized, then yelled, then went back on my trampoline after I told him to leave.

No go.

I went out there and flat-out told him to leave, so he did.

But not after threatening Chad a few more times.

Too bad I already invited him to Henry's party.

Chad just told me that Dylan always takes away his friends "like Payton".

[Imo, Chad got the better end of the deal on that one. giggle.gif]

I asked if Dylan had any friends his own age, and Chad said no.

That makes me feel a tiny bit bad for him but I don't tolerate that kind of behavior.

Bullying at its finest.

UGH.  Sounds very dramatic-who knew boys could be that way!!!!!

I think it is good you asked him to leave.  Hopefully he won't cause problems at the party!!

Anna has filled up her bean jar!!! She is very excited. On Thursday, I am taking her to the Disney store so she can pick out her reward for filling her jar.

We offered her a few different choices for her reward, and this is what she wants. My mom has some things from there for them for Easter though, so she told me what to make sure Anna doesn't pick out.

Kate's jar isn't quite full yet. But she is getting there too!

I should go and do something. I don't think it will be anything productive, but I should do something. I need to spring Anna from her room soon anyway, and I am not sure how much longer Kate will sleep.

But yay she slept! Since I had to wake her up this morning, I am not surprised.

Ok, off to do something...

Hi!

We did story time this morning now just hanging out about to lay Keegan down for nap then myself..ahhh

As far as home improvement. Not much planned. We have a lot of rearranging of sleeping arrangements to do in the upcoming months with this baby coming.

Yay for a nap!!!

How many bedrooms do you have?  4?  Who do you think will double up?

Yep, we have 4. I am thinking Bryce and Owen since they are on the same sleep schedule. There are days Owen sleeps longer than Bryce due to him going to school but no biggie.

I have prednisone induced diabetes this time around. It SUCKS. I have these times when my blood sugar much drop off and I get sweaty hands, jittery, anxious, racing heart, etc. I HAVE to eat something quick and then I feel better.

It is so weird. And I am guzzling water like no one's business.

We don't have any diabetics in my family, so I really have no idea how to deal with this-I need to call the GI and tell them about it, but I don't want to end up having to deal with insulin or something. I am hoping I can start tapering off of the prednisone in a few weeks, and I know this will resolve once I am off of them.

It is rough though. My face is all puffy, acne all over, my facial hair is growing, my skin is dry and thinning, muscle weakness, mood swings, etc. The steroids have SOOOOO many side effects. Then when I taper, these things will go away but I will have crippling joint pain, I'll lose my hair, start all over with the menstrual issues and have paranoid delusions. Great fun.

Don't ever take steroids if you don't have to!!!

So sorry you have to deal with all of that.

Well, my list is close to done. I cleaned all the floors I intended to do this week, cleaned the upstairs bathroom (downstairs is Crystal's job), got kids to do their chores, cleaned the table off, and cleared off my part of the computer desk (I'm not touching dh's part). Now all that's left for the week is organizing the catch-all counter, catch up on e-mail, call the ballet academy about summer lessons, and list things on ETSY. All in all, I feel like I'm nearly done.
