We freeze chunks that we use in homemade Mac and Cheese, but shred what we plan to use in that form to save time at the back end when we are quickly throwing dinner together.
I don't personally love cheese to be frozen that I intend to use on a sandwich b/c the texture isn't quite the same. Although if the deal was sweet enough I could certainly learn to adjust.;) LOTS of people freeze those Kraft slices.
If you are using it for cooking, I would probably just leave it in block form. How many blocks are we talking about?? Lol.

not that many - only 42. ours were only knocked down to $2.50, as opposed to the other stores in the chain marked down to $1.99. i would have definitely bought more at that price.
