Did your child get two year vaccines?

Rayms doc appt is today and IM having a hard time figuring out if hes supposed to get any. And Im torn on giving them to him.

And scotts is in two weeks I really need to do more research and pray about that one. IM afraid if I dont something will happen with not getting him in school but I know I can get wavers.  Ugh Im so undecided now that hes autistic. I dont think the vaccines caused it, but I cant get out of my head what if I do them and he gets worse. Id have mommy guilt forever.

We have done all the immunizations for the boys on the typical schedule. Gavin will be getting his "kindergarten shots" at his 5 yo WCE this summer.

Don't quote me but I *think* that if he is all caught up from previous immunizations then there aren't more until the 4-6 year age range. I don't think there are any at 2 years. I just checked our vaccines and Gavin's last time was in 2006 and then he is due this year. So, no 2 yo shots.

Tracy, I missed something -- I didn't know about the autism. Can you recap what you've learned (or link me to the post I missed/spaced, LOL)?

I'll be praying along with you. This stuff is *so* hard. heart.gif

Basically at 21 months old we found out Raym had autism for a developmental pediatrician. He does very well, but doesnt talk a whole bunch or like to be social. He throws occasional fits that are out of control. We are hoping hes just a late bloomer, but as of now he sees early intervention, speech, ot, and now an aba therapist. I dont know how much is too much for him when I think he does really well he definitely is starting to talk *slightly more. Anyway If you have any other questions feel free, Im just about to run out to his appt. though.
