Wanted to pick your brain a bit more about Georgia if that is ok.

In Decatur - I know you said the houses are very expensive, but I am finding a lot of low priced houses and foreclosures. Are there not so great areas around there that you know of that I should not bother looking at? The prices just seem too low.

Also, do you know anything about Ellenwood which is also in Dekalb or Fairburn which is south of Atlanta?
