i don't want to get into it too much, but we've hit a rough patch here and could use some thoughts.

thanks.

i believe so - but then again, you've gotten more snow than we have this year so maybe not....?

i assume you are home on a snow day? although ... all my kids are home today too - no school for the district but i can't remember why.

I am so D.O.N.E. with winter. The kids have a snow day again today, and I'll be trying to work from home with them all cooped up in the house. Between the snow, sick kids, and broken bones, I am so beyond ready for spring.

Good morning.

As far as this winter goes, I can only say I hope we have a fantastic spring to make up for it.  I don't remember feeling this disgusted about winter EVER!  At this point I am having to give myself pep talks and can't believe how relieved I am when the temp is above freezing. disbelief

April, sending prayers for you and sunshine vibes.

So tired of it.  Then again, I'm not really looking forward to mud season either- though i guess it is one step closer to summer.

I woke up with the worse case of short patience today.  No idea what my issue is.  Most students leave today for spring break, so hopefully I won't actually have to interact with many people today.

My sweet, cuddly, polite two year old has become a demanding, rude, sometimes mean almost three year old.

I want my cutie pie back.

i had this dream for the second time in my life.

it's really icky so skip the rest of this post if you're squeamish....

i dreamed i had worms like in a pocket in my skin - and i pulled them out, alive, one by one.

i wonder what that means......

April, praying things smooth over quickly for you.

I'm actually not sick of winter. It hasn't been terribly cold since January. We actually have a good amount of snow this year. I'm surprised how much I like being a hockey mom. I'm hoping for a couple good March snows so Mark can get out on his sled a few more times.

By the end of March though, I will be ready for it to end. Braydon's birthday is the 16th and last year it was near 70. I can't even believe warm weather is just around the corner.

hugs april, you know i am here anytime :*

sara that is one freaky dream!

i am beyond sick of winter. we haven't had snow like you but enough.

but more than anything i am sick of the sickness our house has had this year. i had owen in the doctor yesterday complaining of his ear. it ended up being a sinus infection and he had some fluid in his ear and a lot of sinus pressure there and his head. his snot had also changed color like two days before so she said she doubt he would get better with out antibiotics.

within the last 9 days all of my kids have been on some sort of antibiotic. :ahh

Thinking of you, April.

I'm beyond done with winter. We aren't having a horrible amount of snow atm, but we got a taste of spring, a bit of snow, and now the rural roads in the area are horribly drifted. It's just really cold, and my mood is probably the worst it's ever been. I'm ready to get outside, and clean out the house with a nice breeze blowing through the windows. The first day I get to open the windows and have a comfortable breeze coming through is my favorite day of the year.
