i texted her tonight and she ended up calling me back. we talked for a little bit - i didn't want to keep her because i know she needs her rest.
long story short, she headed to the ER last night. they wanted to admit her but it took until this evening to get her a room because they were so busy.
she is receiving IV fluids and steroids and is already feeling a little better. last time she was admitted (i think that was almost 3 years ago now, right?), she was there from a sunday until wednesday. the girls are with her parents and bill in the evenings, but it's a little stressful because i think both her parents and bill are going away next week? not sure about that - our convo was quick.
anyway, i know she could use our continued p&pts.
i'll post an update if i get another one. (she doesn't have her laptop at the hospital)
I have been looking for this update, thank you April! It sounds like Laura is getting the care she needs and hope that she continues to improve quickly. I will continue to keep her in my prayers.
