Things here are not going well. I have been getting worse over the weekend, and we just can't get the blood loss to slow down. My options right now are to bump up the oral steroids or go to the hospital. I feel like I am too far gone for the oral dosage to really do the trick, so I think I'll be headed to the ER when Bill comes home from work. I'll get fluids and IV steroids there, which should halt the bleeding a lot better, and then the plan is to get me on Remicade as soon as possible, even though I don't think my GI prefers this route.
Still praying for you. I just read a random article about the dangers of mercury (and its suspected relation to AI disorders) and am wondering if you've been down that path yet.
